Hello to all shadow users. I recently signed the contract with shadow and I'm having a bit of problems with the speed of my external hdd in the cloud (Seagate Backup Plus 8TB 3.0). I have a gigabit connection that runs around 700mbit in lan but anyway when I install a game or try to copy a file, it copies it to no more than 1MB / s, which is very frustrating because if to pass a 70gb game must take a 10 hours it becomes unsustainable (if not more).Has anyone managed to improve this problem? Good day,since yesterday, when I try to connect to Shadow Stream, I only get a black screen.The day before yesterday, everything worked fine.A reinstallation or a change of the graphics settings did not bring any improvement.Is there any other solution here?MacOS: 13.2.1Chip: Apple M2With kind regardssb2014
Hello,I use Shadow without problems since the 12th of february. But today, when I opened Shadow, a screen that looked like a windows connection page displayed “your password expired and must be changed”. I clicked on OK and a new page displayed the fields “password”, new password” and “confirm password”. I entered my Shadow password and a new password, but then I got an error “wrong user or wrong password. Try again.”. And I get back to the new password page.The selected user seemed to be Shadow and I cannot change the selected user.I changed my password on https://eu.shadow.tech/account/fr-FR/account, but I still get the same problem. So I cannot use Shadow! 😭 Does someone know how to solve this problem?Thank you very much!

Greetings, everyone!I’ve been trying to upgrade to Power from my Base system but when I do so, it kicks me to a screen that seems like it’s trying to buy a new setup, then tells me it can’t because I’m already subscribed.I have a ticket in, but didn’t know what was going on? Is this a sign that there’s no upgrades available or would that be made evident in some other way?Thanks!

Currently demoing flexihub and found it able to properly forward my arduino connected to my mac to my shadow pc! Hooray! However, rather than spend an exorbitant amount ongoing on that software, why cant shadow forward these types of devices? Help me understand please? Virtualhere doesnt do it sadly…
Every time I launch Overwatch 2 my shadow freezes because of copyrighted material, how is a game causing that to happen? Am I not allowed to play that game on Shadow anymore? What’s happening?
Shadow has no internet connection. Due to the assistance on here being really slow what am I supposed to do and who do I contact for compensation as this happens so often. Im not getting the service I pay for, nor am I getting the technical assistance I need. Enough is enough and as per my agreement I would expect to atleast be notified if there is an issue (Which never has happened once).
While doing Windows 10 updates on my Shadow, I noticed it now shows that Windows 11 is available. I understand that we shouldn’t upgrade to 11 just yet However, please wait for our official announcement before upgrading your Shadow to avoid any issues My question is, will we get some sort of individual email notification about when it’s ok to upgrade to 11? Or will there just be a broad public announcement about when we can safely upgrade to 11?
Hello, Wanting to play Blade and Soul, I can't log into the ncsoft launcher, or even on the ncsoft site from my shadow while it works from a physical PC. Has anyone ever encountered the problem and found a solution? Or is it an incompatibility between Shadow and NCSoft? Thank you
Hello,Today I have an idea to improve a better experience of shadow, so yesterday i download star citizen but i can’t play ‘cause I don’t have a lot of RAM, 12g of ram but the game say me I must play with 16 to have 30fps.I thinks shadow can add ram to boost offer. Like storage update !
Is the quest client using openxr and if so can you kindly enable local dimming for quest pro versions? I understand this isnt that complicated if you are using openxr. Even a toggle switch would be great! Thanks guys!
