Activation - Payment Failed
Hello, I had already subscribed, I made the payment and the charge was made to my card, I received the email that my account would be activated in the next hour, and then I received another email saying that there was a problem with my payment, And my subscription no longer appears and they have not returned the money to my card either.
Cant access my Shadow PC
According to my Account Page my Shadow PC got activated tonight and i already got billed, but I neither received the activation mail nor can I access the PC via the APP.Is this usual? Since the homepage states your subscription only starts when your PC hast been actived. The Support Team hasnt responded yet.
PC assignment problem.
Hi there! It's been a couple of hours since I paid for a subscription, but I haven't been assigned a machine yet. I've already sent a ticket to support, but haven't received a response yet. Additionally, I wasn't able to choose the server I wanted, and I would like it to be located in Europe.
Questions regarding the recent storage/ram upgrade...
I currently have the Shadow with the Power Upgrade, and I also pay for an extra 256GB of storage.What happens to my account now?Will I get another extra 256GB on top of what I have already?Or will I stop being charged for the extra 256GB I currently pay for?Are there special instructions on how to handle the above scenario for those of us already paying for extra storage?
Not getting support confirmation emails
Alright, so, for the past week or so, maybe a bit more, I’ve been trying to contact shadow support because I paid my RTX subscripton on March 20th, but it cancelled out of nowhere on the 30th whilst I was on vacation. I didnt even get HALF the month I paid for out of it, and its now asking me to buy it again. Obviously I wont do that as I didnt get half of my payment, so I’ve been trying to send report to them via the support on my account. 8 times, 8 times I’ve typed up the request, sent screenshots, and sent it. No confirmation email, no support emails. My email is verified and my account is fine. I’m really tired and upset about this. If any shadow staff, or any members of this community could help or anything please do. Thanks.
Unable to upgrade to Power?
Greetings, everyone!I’ve been trying to upgrade to Power from my Base system but when I do so, it kicks me to a screen that seems like it’s trying to buy a new setup, then tells me it can’t because I’m already subscribed.I have a ticket in, but didn’t know what was going on? Is this a sign that there’s no upgrades available or would that be made evident in some other way?Thanks!
My account wasint auto canceled for 4 months and now they want me to pay all of them???
So in november of last year i unlink my card cause yea of another account issue and pretty much i was leaving my account go and i got NO notice's about my account being terminated as it should've been after 6 days… So 4 months went by with no notices till on the 14th of this month i got a email saying DUE to a technical error we noticed you have been using our shadow pc service without a associated payment method. So i contacted support about it Thursday a day ago about it and asked them about it and asked them if i pay my current bill of this month will the other charges be taken out? cause yea i cant have the 4 other payments take out also which as i told them it shouldn't be my problem cause i mean it was a technical error on you guys part and the email stated it too on the 14th.Its not my fault the system didn't terminate the account back in november or the pass 4 months aka i wasint using it that much either just here and there. more so i thought i was id

I’ve heard some people recieve replies within a couple of hours and your bot also says you try to answer within 3 hours so i’m starting to get a little worried that i might never get a reply. i got banned without any reason
Hello, i bought shadow 1 2 hours ago, after i got it, i entered in it and because it was in german i go to shadow website to reset it, how long did i wait for it to reset i observed that i was logged out and my account was banned, but it's strange that I didn't receive any mail about this, I don't understand why I got banned, I didn't even use it, as soon as I received it I reset it, the worst part is that I really need shadow because I don't have a PC, I also bought a tablet with keyboard just for shadow, with power upgrade and 512 GB storage, i really need help
I want a refund, cause i have been been billed 2 month without using the the service.
Hello,Like its written in the title, i subscribed to shadow services in November to test if it worth the try and it hasn’t reach my expectation so i stopped using it since that i got billed for the month of December and January without being informed by email and without using the app for once during this two months i wrote an email to the services and haven’t got a response, Its sad because i love the concept but Im never using this services again this not serious
Help! "There is no validated email on this account"
Hello! After purchasing Shadow with the Power Boost, I’ve installed the app on my pc. however, upon attempting to sign in via the log-in page opened by the launcher; I am given a page that states: “There is no validated email on this account” after signing in. This is strange as whenever I sign in outside of this page, I get no such errors. Additionally Brave additionally states that “This Page is Missing” whilst on the error page in question.
