So i bought Shadow PC not long ago.. After waiting around 1hr too receive it i was able too boot it up and i was good to go. Until around 20-30 minutes later too which my Shadow PC suddenly closed down and when i went back on to check my account to see what was happening, it no longer states that i own a Shadow PC and is in fact instructing me too purchase another one entirely, like i never just bought one..

I would like too know what is happening please?
