I can not get into my shadow account. All it does when I try to generate a login code is show a blank QR code and no link. And then goes back to the orange “generate new login code.”
when I try to login from a browser, it tells me my account is in maintenance mode? I do not get why I can’t access something I pay to use.

This new website will also allow you to finalize your order for the Power Upgrade and access it when it is available for you.
You should be able to access your Shadow even though your account is being migrated. Since it’s been two days from your post, if you are still being migrated, please reach out to our Support Team from your account page to look into this further.
