How long time is it normally taken?

I have been wating for two days, I hope i will receiving something soon 

It is weird because they have taken money from my account :(

Are you in the Amsterdam Datacenter? If so, when was your order date?

They have to take the first month in order to pay for the hardware necessary to get you started. However, they don’t bill you for a 2nd month until after the first month you paid for gets used up, and your first month doesn’t ‘start’ until you’re activated.

I don’t know why you would, as the experience is likely to be awful. But no matter which data center you use, you’re not going to get billed for a 2nd month until you have had access to your shadow for the full month, first. That’s across the board. Or the ocean, in this case.

Access to a trash can or access to a good experience?

I would strongly recommend that a data center that’s not across the ocean is worth waiting for and one that is across the ocean probably isn’t worth paying for.

But it’s your call, and your money to spend. I would at least get yourself on the waiting list for the correct data center for your location even if you want to mess around with the California one while you’re waiting.

You shouldn’t be picking a datacenter based on how fast you get activated, you should be picking a datacenter based on your location. Or ideally, just giving your location and letting Shadow pick your datacenter. Unless you plan on moving to be near your datacenter. =P

The most effective way to ‘change’ data centers is to cancel your subscription on one and start a new subscription on the other….which at this time, would mean getting back in line and waiting for activation again.
