Hello, I have been waiting for my Tempboost since 19.2 this year. How long will my activation take? I have pre-ordered my Ultra in November 2019.

Yes exactly, this one we could get temporarily until the Ultra Setting is activated. But so far, Shadow boost is not activated.

When you pre-order Ultra you are basically put on a “waiting list” you do not get a free boost subscription. If you are looking to use shadow right now I suggest making a new account and purchasing a boost sub soon, (the waiting list is getting longer!). If you have any more questions let me know.

I don't think you heard me right. Blade offered a boost in Germany to bridge the waiting time for Ultra which I also ordered but it is still not activated.

You should talk to support then, you shouldnt still be waiting

You preordered your Ultra on November 2019. Are you a new customer or did you already have a Legacy subscription when you preordered your Ultra?
