I purchased Shadow Boost on July 18 (available at August 2020), but I can't see any important information about the "Pre-order" tag in my account and he show me the error that he can’t get my pre order data. and I don't receive any update Mails about my pre-order.
I just want to make sure that I have not been forgotten.
Is there the possibility for more detailed information?

Because Shadow loves its customers so much and cares a lot about them, you do not get important information automatically, nor when asking.
You get them by begging, waiting for months and of course, you have to search on your own.
If they tell you “you get it within a month”, realistically this means “not earlier than in 1 month”.
