Bought Shadow PC with Power Upgrade, it says that its activated but in my Account it doesnt say that i have a subscription, and therefore cant start Shadow Launcher. How long does it take in Germany to get a Shadow PC with Power Upgrade? It said 1 hrs, which was 2 hours ago.
I dont know if my subscription is cancelled or just not activated. I get no feedback on that in my Settings.
Edit: I contacted the support but no answer maybe its off time.
Bought Shadow PC but cant use it.

This usually means that your payment did not go through successfully, so you do not have an active subscription with us.
I did check on your account and it looks like you have an active subscription now. I hope you enjoy using your Shadow!
