Can't log into my sso shadowtech

Tried logging into sso.shadowtech to upgrade my shadow pc, tells me i have wrong email/password combination even after resetting password twice. Decided to contact support with a ticket, they tell me that the website is under renovation (which is a lie because my friend who is next to me logged in just fine) then redirect me to log into the main site. So I log into the main site and can do nothing because the admin panel doesn’t let you upgrade anything from it. Now the next problem is I get logged into the EU shadow website even though I use the Oregon datacenter. 

Please Shadow, give me a reason to keep using your services because I’ve already had to reset my VM three times because of all your faulty ass updates. Thanks
