Can we please get an update for those of us who have waited well over a year for our upgrade?

I am at a loss to understand why you ask us to pre-order hardware 16 months ago and we’re still awaiting a reliable eta on launch.

I have a Shadow account for my kids and quite understandably they are asking for a home computer as the Shadow is simply not up to scratch for today’s games.

Should I just hold out an wait for this elusive upgrade or just cancel and get a computer?

@firefly98 Shadow has already found some promising potential new partners. You can watch the shadow twitch livestream where the situation is communicated very well. And yes, if no investor is found, which is very unlikely, shadow will get into some trouble.. Not sure what I should google now..

This is only Shadow's own and euphemistic view of things. The fact is that if no investor is found, a large part of the company can be sold off.

Unfortunately, Shadow does not communicate this very transparently. You can google it.

Insolvency?  Citation?

I have also been waiting for 17 months now. Shadow has currently declared its insolvency and is looking for new investors. Therefore the delay will propably become even bigger.
