I canceled my subscription more than 48 hrs in advance of my billing date and was billed regardless. I contacted support and received a response of “We don’t see a cancel request on our end, but if you’re adamant about canceling you can do so at any time.” The cancellation shows on my account page but with a wrong date. Is my only option to dispute this charge?
