I didn't have the funds twice in a row to pay for Shadow automatically but now I do. However, when I go to pay my bill it will not accept my current card or any new one.
Will the system try to charge my account a third time or will it simply allow my subscription to lapse?
I've also tried and failed to get ahold of any support besides the bot. Is this normal for daytime US hours?
You can contact shadow support from your account page https://shdw.me/account → Support. Just describe your issue and you will receive an answer in usually under 48h. Make sure a ticket confirmation with ticket number is sent to the email assigned to your shadow.
