Please help. I was charged two 29.99 payments and I need the second one refunded immediately.


your service is already way too expensive I would never pay $60 for this service. 

this is a very shady business practice. I demand a refund and official response before I challenge both payments with my credit card company.

This is part of our process, as you are aware, you have noticed two payments charged to your card. One of these is an authorization charge that is Pending and will be refunded to your payment method. The other is a successful charge and will remain.
The refund will be returned as a reversal, which is an immediate refund. If you do not see an immediate refund, it may take up to 3 business days for the refund to appear.
