I signed up bkuz I was told my first month would be free yet I was charged the bill asap does it come back or was that juss a scam to get people to join I’m confused

At this time, we do not have any free or paid trials for Shadow. When you sign up for Shadow, you place a pre-order for $29.99 for the first month.
Your pre-order covers your first month's payment and your place in our activation queue.
Your subscription time does not begin until your Shadow is activated. You will not be charged again until one month after your Shadow has been activated.
You'll receive an automated email from us when your Shadow is activated & ready to go. This is the best way to know when your Shadow is activated and ready to go.
