Hey, I pre-ordered my Shadowtech April 13th, 2021. I was wondering if anybody from the Chicago datacenter have gotten activated? Mine was supposed to activate July 30th and I’m still waiting.

The first people have been and are being activated already. Sadly it comes to delays as there is a new hardware provider. It just takes some time until everything gets back to normal and the new infrastructure has been integrated. For now you will have no other choice than waiting a bit longer than expected. I hope that answers your question.
