I hired shadow several months ago and canceled it for 2 weeks I hired again and every payment attempt I get a declined debit card alert
it's not a money problem
it is not different information
my bank has no problems
Could you help me and give me a solution? I want to give you my money:grinning:

It is not a disposable cardand the zip code is my city code (?There is another comment equal to mine from 6 days ago from another person with the same problem and a bot responded saying that it will talk to the support and the funniest thing is that they mark it as "solved"

Is the card in the correct region of your Shadow? For example, only US and Canadian cards work on US Shadow servers.
