If I pre-ordered shadow already and a month or some past’s by, an I get charged for said month, do I need to contact support? Not that this is happening to me, just more of a concern

Don't be afraid, you won't be charged for the next month until you’re activated. The month you paid will be used for the first month you’ll be on your Shadow. You will only be charged for the second month of activation, not before.
But yes, in the event that this should happen, you should immediately contact support!
