Double Charged Subscription

I subscribed to shadow, and had thought I had cancelled it after subscribing. However, I checked my bank statement, and I was double charged $30, today. Even if the subscription was in tact, I understand being charged once. But to be double charged. When I was trying to login in to my account, it says that my account is under maintenance. Please let me know what I can do, because I was not planning on having it.

Sorry to hear that you were charged twice.

 

I highly recommend making sure that the charges made are pending or posted.

 

If the is pending, the charges can drop off after a while. Here are some articles that explain what a pending charge is:

If the charges do not drop off from pending or you can confirm that it was charged twice, please message our Support Team by submitting a ticket from your account page. You can also inquire more about your current subscription plan.
