Due for activation this week, no order appears in my account now

As the title says really.

I should be activating this week (order date 5th May, Paris DC). My account this week now shows under orders ‘No order in progress’. I have had no email regarding activation. In subscriptions it says ‘Yearly subscription - waiting activation’

 

Is this normal?

Hi Boot, usually, when you see your subscription change as you did, it means that our team is preparing your Shadow or your Shadow is part of the batch that is currently being worked on.  We don’t have any further estimate which is why we can only tell you to keep an eye out on your email at this time and our weekly activation thread.

@BrittaneyFromShadow @RyanFromShadow Were there problems with Paris DC activations this week? No email? Could it still go live this week?
