so my order went through, and it says i have my subscription, but i have not received my email and cannot log into the app, why is this?

so my order went through, and it says i have my subscription, but i have not received my email and cannot log into the app, why is this?

Previously the website had a feature displaying the activation process. Eg order received, parts on the way, parts assembled, activating, activated. 
 

i guess with the revamp of the website some legacy features are still around thus saying sub is active while its not. 
 

the good news is if it switches to sub active then you will receive it soon as your machine is being prepared. Once its near completion you’ll receive an e-mail. 
 

the other good news is your billing date will adjust to the actual activation day.
