Hi, my shadow activation is due in 3 days and I still haven't received an email to accept the new pricing deal, I don't want to wait until the 24th to then have my shadow canceled and refunded as I've been waiting since December. Any ideas on how to accept the new pricing or will my shadow just activate on the 24th....getting worried. Thanks
