I have emailed shadow multiple times about cancelling my subscription since I have loss of income due to covid. My subscription is a one year contract, but I hope cancelling it was a possibility. Please email me and let me know if this is can be done. Also I been trying to email shadow since the first month of service and like I said before no response. If anyone can help me that would be appreciated.

In other words loss of income plays a big factor on why I cannot pay my shadow monthly fee for your service. Please email me back and let me know if this is a possibility.
