Hello I pre-ordered my shadow boost on 24 october and I’m just wondering how long does it usually take to get your account activated?

Activation could happen early if you get lucky. If you are unlucky you could wait multiple months for activation.
Some people had their rigs activated after mere days while others had to wait nearly a year. Best thing to do is to simply just wait until you get an E-Mail.
I’m waiting since September 26. Support could say that they can't even approximate a date, and it could happen anytime.
Ordered 2 days ago. They are saying that I have to wait until Dezember 31st but it can happen earlier. I don’t have much hope but hope dies last :)
