I can’t play half my games, The mouse cursor keeps randomly disappearing, I don’t care that it is a “known issue” what I care about is there is no eta for a fix, and I shouldn’t be paying full price for half of a service!!!!

Feel free to hit up customer support from your account page. You can create a ticket and describe your issue. You can also discuss about compensation for issues with your Shadow with them. This compensation is obviously only an option if the issue is on Shadows side.
