I've been waiting a whole month for my shadow tech to activate. And still nothing please help

To better help you, to be honest, I am going to suggest a few things. Contacting support though they are friendly and nice will not get you an answer, instead, you have two options.
You can check out this article about the impact COVID-19 is having, the Shadow blog team keeps it fairly updated. I also recommend checking out the discord for more detailed wait times of each datacenter in the #activation-status channel.
That will give you a more accurate date for when you will get activated.
(All US data centers are planned for late June 2020 now for boost except California)
OR
You can do what I have learned to do which is disregard asking and just wait. That is the best option to be honest, there is no real way to know because of the major backorder + COVID 19.

Note: the activation can be anytime between first and last day of your activation month.
