I cancelled my pre-order, why didn’t I get a refund?

There shouldn’t be a need to run after your money. In most countries, this is even legally defined, how long a company has, to refund.
Asked that question they just showed me how to cancel totally incompetent staff and company that can’t answer email properly or answer simple questions at all useless
Hi gjzx1992lcx, when you cancel your pre-order, your payment is automatically refunded on our end and may take up to 10 business days for your bank or financial institution to deposit these funds back into your account.
