My one year contract ended at the start of june and shadow decided to renew it WITHOUT my permission. I think this is a pretty unethical thing to do and I should not have to continue paying for this. I really enjoyed shadow until i got my own pc ; but something like this is going to make me tell people to stay far away from them. Really leaves a bad taste in my mouth

Actually you did agree to it, it states so in the ToS here:
But you can always try talking to support, they could cancel and refund you but they are entitled to say no.
