Hello guys, I want to cancel my monthly subscription for personal reasons as soon as possible in one of my 2 accounts affiliated with my same card, but in the subscription section within account I do not see the option of Cancellation of subscription as if I observed in my other account, maybe I'll be doing something wrong, I would appreciate your prompt response.
The account in mention is the same as the forum.

the account is active not on orders, I have no response from Shadow's support service, I am very disappointed. In my other account I have the option of cancellation.
I'm also in need of canceling, but for financial reasons.
But shadow dosent care, is a faceless company and wants to sack us all dry of cash.

Man im really really dont want ot say that also, but check the time, no a single word about my 5 tickets to their support service, i think i will have to cancel my target in order to cancel this.
