Well now that you ask, good question.
There are a few different answers to this I will make it a bit easier to understand for you for now. And I will update this as best I can.

US ACTIVATION TIMES as of 5/28/2020:
For orders on 5/26/20 or later:
California (SV2): Activation by June 25th 2020
Chicago (CH1): Activation by July 23rd 2020
Texas (TX1): Activation by July 23rd 2020
New York (NY1): Activation by July 23rd 2020
For orders on 5/25/20 or before:
California (SV2): By end of May 2020
New York (NY1): By end of June 2020
Chicago (CH1): By end of June 2020
Texas (TX1): By end of June 2020

If you are in EUROPE (sorry I honestly don’t know exactly.)
But the last I read activation's are promised to be made by August 2020!
