I am trying to upgrade to power but can’t.
I live in Ireland
When I log into shadow.tech, this is what I see:
So I am on en_GB site
There is three different currencies used on this page
When I try and upgrade I get a Dutch message saying the VAT can’t be properly calculated
The billing address is correct outside of the country which is Netherlands and I can’t change it
Support ticket so far remains unanswered
The chatbot is entirely useless
So what can I do to get the upgrade?

You’d expect that, yes.. I did get a response which mostly missed the actual issue and nothing after that and I specified the exact issue more clearly..
So I’m still waiting..
