my order available date changed from august 26th 2021 to Available onDecember 31, 2021 wtf man?Like I haven't waited long enough for this now you're going to add two more months? wtf…….. y now this is not the first time it changed . you keep pushing it back . come on man i gave you $ for something I can not use or any thing this is not rite man . I hope you plan on give compensation for this? as of rite now the review of give is not good . p.s. i do not know where to put this in your fourm. so here is where it will go sorry.
After waiting for over 6months and 3 days before the scheduled activation I have to follow up...
..myself, to find out that it is on indefinite hold. Preorder = cancelled I really hope that Plutosphere and some of the other services that are planned to release soon, and who are using established server infrastructure, rather than filing for bankruptcy to get out of paying their debts, will do a better job than this poorly managed excuse for a startup. My AccountThis stores all of your basic information: name, phone, etc. My ShadowUse this tab to factory reset your Shadow. Please keep in mind that this will wipe any existing data from your Shadow but will not reset additional storage. We highly recommend saving any information you’d like to keep on your local device before you initiate the factory reset. SecurityThis is where you have the ability to change your email or password as well as download any information from your Shadow account into a JSON file. If you do not have an active subscription or outstanding bills, you’ll have the ability to delete your account here as well. This will wipe your Shadow and delete any existing information on it. Hello, how are you, this will be brief, on January 5 I contracted the shadow boost pre - order, and I had to wait for the delivery day, January 14, 2021.But we are already finishing that day and I have not yet received the activation or confirmation email, etc.I know that account activations are from Monday to Thursday, and January 14 is Thursday and I wonder why the activation does not arrive.Otherwise all good, that was my question, Greetings to all the #TeamShadow
I have 2 things to ask anyone that knows what is happening right now.my page it says that my account will be activated on “august 2020” does anyone know if there is an exact day or week that it will be activated. I have been waiting for months on end and really wanted my account back like the good old days with shadow why is there no weekly update for this week (3rd of august 2020) it always shows up on the Monday of each week but nothing showed up this week.thank you
UK Price Disparity
Can we get some information on why there is no accounting for exchange rates in the UK price for Shadow?When the price was reduced down to 15, it wasn't so bad, but now it's going back ot the original rates, with no improvement, it becomes a question again.It's not like there is any extra cost to deliver the service to the UK, as we utilise the EU datacentres. It feels like a real kick in the teeth and as if we are subsidising other users.
Shadow Starts billing but not activated
Hello. THis is what my subscription says : Starts on June 9th 2020 - end of commitment July 9th 2020 I tried logging in to shadow app but it says that it’s still being activated. I have not received a single email. So they are starting to charge me without giving me a machine?
Billed on credit card but no activation
I saw that a charge was billed to my credit card but my activation hasn’t happened yet. According to my account page activation won’t occur until July sometime. Does this mean that my activation will happen sooner than expected? Technically I don’t think that you are supposed to charge people until services rendered. At least in California I believe. Just saying.
Possible to change the date of payment?
Hello! I've been activated on the 23rd of April, which is awesome ofcourse, but I always get my salary on the 24th. I am sure I can pay on the 23rd as well if not possible… but I think I'd prefer if it could be changed to the 24th, especially since I want to change to a yearly plan.
I’m just wondering if the activation time shown in my panel is accurate, I ordered a shadow boost back in February but currently it’s estimating it won’t be ready until October.I’m just contemplating if it’s worth me cancelling my order and buying a computer instead, although I would much prefer to have the shadow pc and carry on using my Mac.
Shadow for iPad OS unable to connect after “Waiting for Video”
I am trying to connect to my Shadow via the app for iPad OS. After waiting on loading screen with the message “Waiting for Video” for a minute or so, the app is always returning to the app home page. I have tried shutting down my Shadow, waiting for ~15 minutes, and then attempting to reconnect, only to achieve the same results. I tried troubleshooting my internet connection based on the help article here: https://help.shadow.tech/hc/en-gb/articles/360011196119, though maybe this is out of date? All of my results were above the minimum requirements. I’m not getting any error message from the app, so I have no idea what is causing the connection to fail. Any advice here short of a full Shadow factory reset would be much appreciated.
