Hello,I've been a customer since 2018 and it's been over a year since I stopped using Shadow as my primary workstation.Basically, I continue to pay for a service that no longer meets my needs, because like many people, I have been waiting for the release of the next configurations for over a year.I paid Shadow Legacy + Storage at € 32.90 until November 2020, the Boost offer being unavailable and grayed out in my customer area.I posted in November 2020 to say I was having a little trouble, they offered to shift my Shadow Legacy payment date, no support info to tell me if I was eligible for a Boost offer.I sent a ticket in December 2020 to reduce my Infinite bill by subscribing:"If you want to have a subscription with commitment at € 39.99, I recommend that you choose the Boost plan with commitment at € 12.99 / month!"Did you get the idea? I told myself that it was a little victory before having the new configurations. Now I wake up and think they got me.10 months at € 32.90 instead of €
Is there a way to boost my activation time?
I preordered for Pennsylvania is there a way I can boost my activation time so that i can get it earlier? Even if i have to pay extra? Cause Im very excited to get my cloud gaming experience but I really dont wanna wait 2 months for only a months play time. I have to way till March 26th Im sure, when I ordered it on Jan 11th.

Hello, how are you, this will be brief, on January 5 I contracted the shadow boost pre - order, and I had to wait for the delivery day, January 14, 2021.But we are already finishing that day and I have not yet received the activation or confirmation email, etc.I know that account activations are from Monday to Thursday, and January 14 is Thursday and I wonder why the activation does not arrive.Otherwise all good, that was my question, Greetings to all the #TeamShadow
Have an old Shadow Legacy but still getting billed high.
I’ve been away from the Shadow scene and news. Since March 2019 (new born) around the time of launch, there’s so much news to catch up on but more importantly, I want to know my current account (Shadow Legacy) that I’m being billed @ 29.95 a month (with a yearly plan), and if I upgrade to the Shadow Boost, to a 10.99 a month subscription, am I losing anything? It seems like the specs are a little higher and the billing is cheaper? So why still paying for the legacy? Is there something unique that’s worth staying there?
We're setting up Shadow
Hi all, new to Shadow, still waiting for my rig to be set up. The Shadow app on my iMac now reads: “We’re setting up your Shadow in our nearest data center. We’ll send you an email as soon as it is ready!”. does this indicate that it won’t be long before I get it? Or did it always say that? I'm pretty sure it said something else the first time I logged in on the app.
renewal subscription not processing
Hello in need of some help I am a reoccurring Shadow subscriber I was away for a couple of months and came back to want to renew my subscription and none of my payments are processing each card I use has the valid amount on the card but still the payment doesn't process. Is there anyone that can help so I can get back to work using shadow.
Really wanting an answer from Shadow about ultra and infinite
Sorry everyone, but we need to maintain order on these “question of the week” threads. If your question isn’t about ARM processors, either ask it during the stream when it opens up to free questions, which is totally okay, or create a post about it on the forums, which is also totally okay. If you post it here, it’s just going to get moved out of the thread anyway. Sorry. Sorry but this advice is garbage. We get ignored by the community managers since summer 2020...it is ridiculous! Opening a new thread will just end up in an empty thread that gets ignored.“ask it during the stream” hahaha funny...guess you haven’t seen the live stream where Luc sat there shamefully ignoring the dozens of people asking about Ultra/Infinite. They just picked up random questions and simply tried to ignore it...Ridiculous how you treat YOUR customers.

@Malte from Shadow Sorry to hijack this thread, but the current situation with Infinite and Ultra needs more discussion than ARM support in my eyes.We've been waiting for over a year and all we're told is "as soon as we have some solid news we will let you know"!? Yeah, of course you'll provide us with news once it's ready, but our preorder from 2019 is long overdue! Your default answer provides us with ZERO information.The account dashboard has not been updated for months and we are now in the targeted timeframe, "early 2021". Either update the date or provide us with a status update. We don’t even have a thread dedicated to the current preorder situation.If you really care about the community, this should be the weekly topic. You should have noticed that by now almost every second comment is about Infinite or Ultra. Do something about it!
