Placed in wrong datacenter AGAIN
I have been trying to sign up for Shadow with Power Upgrade, but every time it shows available, it places me in the wrong datacenter. I was told that it was a temporary website issue, but its just happened again. While I was waiting for support the last time, everything sold out, and all they could do was refund me.I’ve opened up another support ticket this morning, and I am waiting to hear back.
I recently re-subscribed to Shadow with Power Upgrade in Washington DC, but found after activation that my instance was placed in another distant datacenter. Support quickly identified the issue, informed me that Washington DC had no capacity for the Power Upgrade, and refunded my subscription costs.My question is, the website still shows that I can subscribe to the Power Upgrade, but how can I tell if its actually going to put it in the right datacenter?

So i bought Shadow PC not long ago.. After waiting around 1hr too receive it i was able too boot it up and i was good to go. Until around 20-30 minutes later too which my Shadow PC suddenly closed down and when i went back on to check my account to see what was happening, it no longer states that i own a Shadow PC and is in fact instructing me too purchase another one entirely, like i never just bought one..I would like too know what is happening please?
paypal payment issue
Hi I'm having a issue with shadow payment on my PayPal account for some reason. does payment method accept paypal and it has valid paypal email to receive my money because paypal told me on the phone it was unclaimed because you guys don't have paypal account to receive my money for my subscription for some reason. Also the paypal email is uncorrect because paypal account is not registered and shadow paypal email is not attached to paypal account and shadow billing team have to call paypal to verify their paypal email address to accept my payment.
Please help. I was charged two 29.99 payments and I need the second one refunded immediately. your service is already way too expensive I would never pay $60 for this service. this is a very shady business practice. I demand a refund and official response before I challenge both payments with my credit card company.
I got double charged I was trying to use a prepaid card it never went threw then I used a regular debit card it went threw but also been charged on the prepaid so I thought I would just get 2 months but I did not get 2 months and my account is about to expire so what can I do to get a refund or another month
No access due to backend conversion
I haven't been able to access my Shadow VM for over a week now (member since 2019) due to an “internal billing system conversion for legacy customers”. I have a ticket open and “on hold" with no ETA provided.While I understand issues arise with major backend changes, it's pretty bad when there has been no updates. Could you imagine if your internet provider or Netflix “lost your account” but still billed you and only said “sorry, we are working on it" for over a week? That's pretty unacceptable and I'm really disappointed with Shadow at this point.I'm now asking for help in a public forum because every reply to my ticket has been “sorry, we are trying to figure it out and working it on a case by case basis".
Hi, I have registered an account with Shadow today. I’m not very happy with the software and I would like a refund for this months’ subscription. I have signed up for around 3 hours and the games have been incredibly laggy, even though I have good internet and a fairly modern PC. Please can you advise how long it will take to receive a refund or who I need to contact about this. I won’t take any bs excuse that I have ticked a box to say I will not get a refund. I know my consumer rights and if I’m not happy with a product, I should bloody well be entitled to my money back. Thanks,
Can't log into my sso shadowtech
Tried logging into sso.shadowtech to upgrade my shadow pc, tells me i have wrong email/password combination even after resetting password twice. Decided to contact support with a ticket, they tell me that the website is under renovation (which is a lie because my friend who is next to me logged in just fine) then redirect me to log into the main site. So I log into the main site and can do nothing because the admin panel doesn’t let you upgrade anything from it. Now the next problem is I get logged into the EU shadow website even though I use the Oregon datacenter. Please Shadow, give me a reason to keep using your services because I’ve already had to reset my VM three times because of all your faulty ass updates. Thanks
Payment of £32.98 was taken twice! So £65.96!
I have subscribed too shadow for a few months now but recently let the subscription run out as i couldn't really afford it, still can’t really lol. I figured with what money i have ill re-subscribe.. Little did i know they was going to take the payment twice! No doubt this is going too take a week or something too resolve and actually see my money back and has now left me quite frankly screwed without money, so nice one guys love getting screwed over.
