Hello guys, I want to cancel my monthly subscription for personal reasons as soon as possible in one of my 2 accounts affiliated with my same card, but in the subscription section within account I do not see the option of Cancellation of subscription as if I observed in my other account, maybe I'll be doing something wrong, I would appreciate your prompt response. The account in mention is the same as the forum.
okey, now its almost 29 days since i should have gotten my pc. ive been waiting a gat damn year for it!!! a year without any straight answer or anything from you people. Im beyond mad at this point and really thinking about taking this brand to court, cause you have not lived up to any promisses given to me or any of us. a breach in contract big time, and you do not stand good in a case like this. So either you get ur heads out yall asses and start delivering what was promissed or get ready to close all the way down. cause if i sue, i go all in. cause im dead tired of these scammers like ur selfs
So I recently had just ordered the standard 29.99$ shadow boost off of the website and have been waiting for maybe like under 7 ish hours I’m pretty sure, looking back and forth through my emails and like the internet trying to find answers (Couldn’t find any unfortunately) and I was just wondering if anyone could tell me how long the wait time would be or give me an Idea of when shadow rolls out activations on chicago servers. I have a preorder with the Amsterdam data centre, placed on the 1st September. The latest update on activations says they’re activating orders placed between the 4th and 7th of September this week, but my account says my Shadow will be available April 2021. Why is this?
Hi, I have been billed for the first month, but I do not have access. I received an email stating my account will not be ready until Sept. I am fine with that, but its not making sense that I will be billed for time I am unable to use the service. If I am unable to use the service until sometime in Sept, it appears I will be billed for 2-3 months of service before the service is ready for me to use. Please clarify further about advance billing. Thanks
I pre-ordered boost on May 24th. It is now June 25th. For almost a month I was told that my shadow would be activated in June and that I would be on the NY data center. I received an email confirming that my pre order was received and processed. Now can't check the status of my pre order. The page that showed the status of my order is gone, replaced with the page that asks me which tier I want to pre order.. Soooo am I still going to receive my activation email sometime in June and be able to play? Or did your system somehow lose my order? Jw because June's almost over and I'm reading a lot of posts from people who've been waiting wayyy longer than me who still haven't received their activation...and now your websites suddenly acting like I never pre ordered. Would really just like some kind of reassurance that I have no been patiently waiting this whole time for no reason.
Hello everybody in the shadow community, We all know that these delays and all of this has made us a bit frustrated, so let’s share what we feel about these delays and about our feelings about this very late activation! Here’s what I got: I was promised my Shadow in June. As time passed, I realized there was no way, nada, zip zero chance that I would have gotten my shadow in June. On June 26th, they said we would get our shadows by the end of June, however they say the timeline they were on was May 7th. Lol. Even at the rate this is going, I’m seeing 3 days worth of activations per 2 weeks. The promised time, for me, was the first 2-3 weeks of July. If at the moment they are on may 7th, in 2 weeks they will be on may 10th. I ordered May 21st. That means I’ll get my activation in late September, if it keeps this up. I recently saw a person asking that if he ordered today, would he get it by this week? I actually starting choking and laughing. What innocence. Slapped him in
Hi all, I really hope someone can help me here. I preordered a Shadow Boost on October 30th, 2019 together with a Ghost and additional storage (256 GB). I was charged for all three at the time. Since the Ghost and the additional storage did not show up on my preorder page and were not included in my order, support advised me to cancel my order and place a new one - which I did. When ordering for the second time (on November 1st) it said on the order page that I had enough credit in my account and I was not charged again. All three products did now show up on my preorder page A few days later, I got refunded 14,99€ on my CC. And then I waited. On March 12th, 2020 I contacted support. They told me that everything was fine with my order but could not give me an exact date. I waited again. On April 17th I contacted support again. On May 8th they told me, that I will be activated with top priority. 20 days later, I’m still waiting … Is this normal? Is there anything I can do?
i preorderd on the 23 of may and i have been told it would be the end of june, and then i got an email saying there has been a delay, but that was almost 3 weeks ago, and i have since not recieved any word. it is now the 11th of july and i am wondering when my shadow will be available to use, if there is some timeframe? i have been waiting very patiently and will continue to do so but some comunnication that this is not just me slipping through the cracks would be nice! ty!!
I’m trying to check if anything on my shadow account has changed and I click on “my order” and gives me a white screen, I’ve tried restarting the app, logging out and logging back in and whenever i refresh the page, it tells me to update my billing info but I can’t cause it gives me a white screen
@Malte from Shadow Sorry to hijack this thread, but the current situation with Infinite and Ultra needs more discussion than ARM support in my eyes.We've been waiting for over a year and all we're told is "as soon as we have some solid news we will let you know"!? Yeah, of course you'll provide us with news once it's ready, but our preorder from 2019 is long overdue! Your default answer provides us with ZERO information.The account dashboard has not been updated for months and we are now in the targeted timeframe, "early 2021". Either update the date or provide us with a status update. We don’t even have a thread dedicated to the current preorder situation.If you really care about the community, this should be the weekly topic. You should have noticed that by now almost every second comment is about Infinite or Ultra. Do something about it!
