Hello i ordered my shadow boost in august it said it would be delivered in September its now septmeber and now it says it will be activated in November a 4 month extra delay, on top of already a 1 month waiting time, i know its a pre order and not fully ready yet, however delaying it an extra 4 month is not something nice, especially when i ordered it on the hopes of getting it fast. I really wanted to use my shadow, however I'm not sure if i will even be in the same location in nomvember.

hey Ryan very nice to me chatting to you for the first time. My activation is due by the end of December. I can't wait! . I am wondering if i require a shadow box as i will just be using shadow via my laptop and hooking it up to a monitor. Any info would be greatly appreciated. I want to cancel ym suscription but i dont see the Cancel Option on the proper section
Hello guys, I want to cancel my monthly subscription for personal reasons as soon as possible in one of my 2 accounts affiliated with my same card, but in the subscription section within account I do not see the option of Cancellation of subscription as if I observed in my other account, maybe I'll be doing something wrong, I would appreciate your prompt response. The account in mention is the same as the forum.
Question regarding my Shadow Boost Pre-Order
Hello :) I’m extremely excited to receive my Shadow and start my experience! However, I noticed right when I completed my purchase for my preorder on 8/17/20 It charged my cardright away witch is no problem, But i was wondering if its going to be charging my card 30 days after my experience starts or on 9/17/20? Thank you guys so much for providing such an amazing service!
Paris Activation a big disappointment !!!!
Hey #TeamShadow, Today i came to talk about this frustration and disappointment toward the Paris server and all this delays in activation. I pre-ordered my shadow boost on the 5th June 2020 and they said that it will be activated on August 2020, 2 month of delays which is fine and i completely understand with all this pandemic going on, the staff will be shortened which will result on a delay for the activation.The thing that i can’t understand is how all the other severs are able to activate a large number of shadow accounts in a short period of times and ours cannot ? How the other servers activate 2 weeks of pre-order shadows accounts in a week and our server only activate 3 days of pre-order shadows accounts in a week ? How all the other servers are now activating June and July pre-orders and ours still in the beginning of May pre-orders ? Each time you are delaying the activation by a good amount of time.I find this very unreasonable and frustrating, i’m very disappointed toward y
Due for activation this week, no order appears in my account now
As the title says really.I should be activating this week (order date 5th May, Paris DC). My account this week now shows under orders ‘No order in progress’. I have had no email regarding activation. In subscriptions it says ‘Yearly subscription - waiting activation’ Is this normal? Thanks, Boot
Friend canceled due to being charged twice with no activation
Unfortunately one of my friends canceled his subscription due to it never getting activated yet he was charged twice. Now I'm sure he took it up with support. My question is what is the process that made it happen this way and what can the community do to help? I dont think I can talk him back into getting the shadow again. Edit. Title should say being*
Hello, I’m trying to pre-order a new subscription to Boost (subscribed previously and cancelled), but it wont let me do so with my account (whenever I confirm the payment method, it says I already pre-ordered and sends me verification codes t my email though I cant use them cos nothing shows up on the payment page for that). When I spoke to Shadow, they said I needed a new mail and new account, so I made a new email address and went to pre-order again; filled in new account details, then it says my email address is invalid! What can I do to pre-order my Boost subscription?
Placed order not visible plus 8 transactions on my paypal
Hi support, Your bot is down so ill ask it here. I wanted to order the normal shadow again and when I needed to pay, it said my credit card is not allowed. I use paypal so this is really strange. So I tried a couple of times and when I checked my paypal, there are 8 transactions pending…. Can this all be canceled to just 1 subcription? Also, the order is not visible in my orders. Can this be checked?
Error A:403 can't login
Hi everyone, my preorder status changed since yesterday and my subscription and payment site tells my, that my subscription ist active since 25. June. But everytime I'm trying to login I get the error “A:403 - e-mail or password incorrect” but I'm pretty sure I used the right ones. I also tried to login on three different devices (iPad, MacOS, Android) and changed my password. Is this maybe normal through activation? I hope someone could help me out. :) Greetings Oma (from Germany)
I no longer have access to the email address I signed up with.
The title says it all. I no longer have access to that email account. I have tried through various means to rectify this situation. Literally every other service I had associated with that email account allowed me to change my email address. Shadow does not. It sends an email to both the new address and the old one. Without access to my old email address I cannot log into shadow on new devices. I have tried and received no response from anyone. It has been two months and no response. I have tried to contact you at least 10 time 3 different ways. Anyway I love shadow but you guys really dropped the ball on this one.
my account wont load
I’m trying to check if anything on my shadow account has changed and I click on “my order” and gives me a white screen, I’ve tried restarting the app, logging out and logging back in and whenever i refresh the page, it tells me to update my billing info but I can’t cause it gives me a white screen
Boost ordered at 1. January 2020 with activated boost, still waiting...
Hey, first sorry for my bad english. I haven’t write a long time before in this language. So here are my problem: In January 2020 i have an activated Shadow Boost, it was a free month which i have won in a contest. During this time, on the 1. January 2020, i decided to order my boost, so that i can use theme countinously. At the 15. January 2020, my free month from Shadow Boost ends and my Boost was deactivated, my preorder was allmost active. Since this date i’m waiting for it, i have write the german support team, but nothing happens. So my question: Where is my Boost? Where is the problem to activate me? I know many things about server and remote connections, i know many about databases and account managment, but i don’t know where your problem is to activate me!
