Signed up in May - was immediately billed - even though activation date was June - its June 13th and still no activation. I have put 4 tickets in thru the “customer service” portal with out a single response - what the hell is going on here
Hello! I orded Shadow Boost around 6 days ago. And i searched through the whole internet for information about Shadow activation times. I read a post that said it was 0 to 15 days. But that was from 2018 so i dont know if that is still the case. On https://account.shadow.tech/order-tracking it will say: “Available in August 2020”. By reading that i was completely confused… Is it 0 to 15 days until activation? Is it activated in 2020? I am really confused and i hope somebody can reply to this with info about account activation. Thanks! (Btw I live in the netherlands, maybe it will help)
I pre-ordered my shadow May 2nd. I checked my account today to see that my subscriptions starts on June 9th, so I assumed that my shadow is already activated. According to the shadow software I am still awaiting for my system to activate. Is this what’s supposed to be happening? Just a little confused.
Good day. I bought the shadow boost in 22 of may. And i know because of pandemic the numbers of people ativating are much bigger and the work staff probaly is not a full speed. Only want to know the prognostic of the atctivation time because the only answer we have is late summer or the month of august.
I received an email at 9am this morning telling me that if I register with the new forum that I will receive a special badge! I was curious what i have to do to get my badge? My Shadow account was just activated 2 days ago, I live in California so I am using the California data center.
in the my orders tab it says i have 0 orders but i pre ordered boost for the ny datacenter on may 2nd. and when i try to log onto the shadow app it says you are still getting activated but when i look at the subscription and billing tab it says that i am going to pay or something but i cant log on. if this is correct then it isnt intuitive to me and im confused but if it isnt working properly then help
Hello. THis is what my subscription says : Starts on June 9th 2020 - end of commitment July 9th 2020 I tried logging in to shadow app but it says that it’s still being activated. I have not received a single email. So they are starting to charge me without giving me a machine?
My subscription ended on the 29th. I thought i could manually start it again once it ended but I see no such option. Shadow redirects me to the subscription page if I try to checkout again to restart my subscription but there is no such button there. Please help me restart my subscription so I dont have to wait a month again for another activation on a new account.
I took a one year shadow committment from July 12, 2019 which expires a year later on July 12 2020. I pre-ordered the Shadow Boost which launches on 25th July in my state. What would happen in the 2 weeks in the middle? Will I have to cancel my original commitment and start fresh in order to avoid risking going into another $25 per month annual plan or will I automatically be transferred to the new $12 plan? I’d appreciate any help thanks :)
My one year contract ended at the start of june and shadow decided to renew it WITHOUT my permission. I think this is a pretty unethical thing to do and I should not have to continue paying for this. I really enjoyed shadow until i got my own pc ; but something like this is going to make me tell people to stay far away from them. Really leaves a bad taste in my mouth
Hi, last year in autumn I pre-ordered a Shadow Ultra as an existing customer (from Germany). Unfortunately there were problems and the activation of my package was postponed to early summer. Now it's the end of May and next week the summer officially begins. Unfortunately, I haven't received any updates as to when I can expect an activation. I have absolute understanding that further problems or the COVID-19 crisis might cause the whole thing to be delayed. However, a little more transparency would be desirable, when it finally goes on. Hence the question: When can I expect my Ultra to be activated?
