Graduated levels of frustration.At this point, I just want my access restored through the file explorer so I can get the files I need and close my shadow account after 5 years.I understand that the company is going through a lot of changes, but as a customer, I've had to put forth around 8-10,(a 500% increase VS the past 4 years combined) support tickets this year, my price raised, and I'm getting less and less service. I'm paying for a service, and I've outlined avenues of compromise on these issues to accommodate the amount of shifts occurring internally, but they've been disregarded.It is not on the part of the customer to accommodate your company's internal shifts, and if it does fall on the customer, it's an even less sustainable business plan than previously.I have had 2 months now at the new price, whic
Hello, Lately I've gotten more and more frustrated by the unavailability of the additional storage for Amsterdam. I have been very patient (been waiting for over a year, and never once have I seen additional storage available. I've asked support about this, but they say that I have to be patient. The problem is, that I can simply not play certain games like Ark: Survival Evolved, because it takes up more space then I have available. I understand that shadow cannot snap their fingers and create more additional storage, but I want to post a suggestion. If this is a monetary problem, I would be willing to pay a one time fee to expand the availability of the storage, to make sure that I at least can upgrade my shadow. I understand that one guy donating doesn't make a difference, but I would be willing to pay 50 euro's if I could have at least 250 gb of extra storage (and of course the 3 euros p/m that it costs for the extra storage). I'm quite sure a lot of other guys would also be willing
Hello so I bought the shadowtech in May 14 and I’m still waiting and it’s my first time using Shadowtech also my friend recommended to me and she bought it on february and she said it took only for her one week to come so I just want to know when it will come because I know it won’t come all the way next year
IT makes no sense to me what so ever. To send me a email saying your shadow pc is ready just log in and bla bla blah. Shit still aint ready and i still cannot get into the damn pc, So why send me the damn mail when its not even close yet. arrrrghhh this company is driving me crazy
hello, i have a problem with my shadowthe last time i used it it was 1 week ago i think i started a download and then turned off my pc. the result is that i get this message every time i try to open it: sistem errorimpossible to execute the code, because AudioDeviceCorfglib.dll is not found the reinstallatioin of the programme can correct this problem if the developer see this, the developer code is BDLKWJhope you can fix this problem,bye
Hello, how are you, this will be brief, on January 5 I contracted the shadow boost pre - order, and I had to wait for the delivery day, January 14, 2021.But we are already finishing that day and I have not yet received the activation or confirmation email, etc.I know that account activations are from Monday to Thursday, and January 14 is Thursday and I wonder why the activation does not arrive.Otherwise all good, that was my question, Greetings to all the #TeamShadow

It’s unfortunate that the price is jumping up to 29.99 per month. I only used (and liked) Shadow for testing outside applications so wasn’t on here nearly as much as a solid gamer would be. If you only kept the price at 11.99 and offered X amount of hours per month. I would have stayed.
If a person upgrades in the middle of their subscription month:1. Are you charged for a new month, and the month begins on that date, and your previous amount paid is a sunk cost?2. Are you charged the difference between what you’ve already paid for the month, and you get the upgrade for the remainder of the month?3. Are you charged for the upgrade the following month and gain access to the upgrade the following month, as well?4. Biggest question: are you assigned to a completely different computer or is the system you already use upgraded? Mainly, would a person have to re-download all of their data to a new computer?

I am trying to connect to my Shadow via the app for iPad OS. After waiting on loading screen with the message “Waiting for Video” for a minute or so, the app is always returning to the app home page. I have tried shutting down my Shadow, waiting for ~15 minutes, and then attempting to reconnect, only to achieve the same results. I tried troubleshooting my internet connection based on the help article here: https://help.shadow.tech/hc/en-gb/articles/360011196119, though maybe this is out of date? All of my results were above the minimum requirements. I’m not getting any error message from the app, so I have no idea what is causing the connection to fail. Any advice here short of a full Shadow factory reset would be much appreciated.
It's all in the title, this morning I woke up and like every day I checked my shadow account and my pre-order is no longer in my order, I just see my subscription ''pending activation'' in the ''subscription'' section. I really wonder what happening :( Problem fix.
Storage is available for purchase through your account page under the “Subscriptions & Billings” tab starting April 23rd, 2020. However, once storage on the data center has run out, you’ll no longer be able to add additional storage to your account until more is allocated or someone gives up their additional storage. When additional storage becomes available, you will be able to add/remove increments of 256GB to your Shadow via your account page, up to a total of 2 TB of additional storage. Storage is charged per month. Once your order is confirmed, you must shut down Windows and reboot it in order to activate your additional storage on Shadow. You’ll find all additional storage on the D Drive on your Shadow. We highly recommend backing up your data on any extra storage you’ve purchased just in case you end up removing the storage.
I just had my referral code AND discount deactivated for unknowingly abusing a rule. Shared it in an oculus quest VR group, even people I play with and it was deactivated without warning regardless of the fact that 70% of my referrals are friends and family. So my advice is only share your code via private messaging to friends and family. I was frustrated by this because on the referral page it literally says "X NUMBER OF REFERRALS UNTIL FREE SHADOW!!" but nothing about rules of abuse.

I'll answer my own question, yet open to ideas on a creative project: "You are the millionth person to ask this question and you will need to wait until your subscription is available in your region". That's fair and I accept.With that out of the way: I'm looking forward to using the Unlimited plan to capture high resolution game scenes for use in animated desktop wallpapers ("still" video loops in animated game environments) that will be shared. Latency won't be an issue I think as I'll be recording from the remote machine, understanding my experience connecting to it could* be shotty.With that said, I'm on a boost plan that starts around first of next year*. Are exceptions made for creative projects where latency is accepted with open arms under the agreement to be nice and not be jerk when latency is discovered? Hi everyone, I purchased a month of Shadow Boost last night and it’s showing that my activation time is September 30th. I’m wondering if this is an error I should be concerned with, or if I should cancel and re-order. Has anyone run into this error with the dates before?
There are many would-be Shadow users who have gotten their activation dates moved back to December 31st 2021. I just wanted to tell the people who have their activation dates the same to not expect Shadow to deliver on time and consider a refund. I don’t think that Shadow will be able to deliver on Dec 31st because:It’s a seemingly arbitrary date that MANY subscriptions were pushed back to There is no way Shadow is going to be able to handle the amount of people that are all supposed to get activated on the exact same dayIt just seems like Shadow panicked and pushed a bunch of subs back, so don’t expect them to deliver on time. I’m expecting that the majority of the subs listed as Dec. 31st will pushed back even more. Personally, if the date gets moved back further, I’m just going to get a refund.

Hello everyone,I pre-ordered my Shadow in January 2021 and now the activation has been postponed again. First from June to July, then to 30. August and now to 31. December. I#m really disappointed that it was postponed again without any information. :’( Is it the same for those who pre-ordered in January? best regards Chelios
