I just renewed my subscription after it was on hold and I was logged in. Then saw that I can finally purchase storage so I bought it. Do I have to wait to migrate to the new data center and is the storage upgrade a brand new drive instead of replacing the current D drive and losing all my valuable important files?
A few days ago I had a problem with a dispute about my payment I solved the dispute with my bank and wrote to the email that shadow told me The person answered me quickly the first days and I only have 5 business days and tomorrow is the fifth day and the assistant does not answer me Will I lose my account because of shadow's support? because the steps they asked me to fix the problem (I ran through them) and now the wizard is slow
hello, i have a problem with my shadowthe last time i used it it was 1 week ago i think i started a download and then turned off my pc. the result is that i get this message every time i try to open it: sistem errorimpossible to execute the code, because AudioDeviceCorfglib.dll is not found the reinstallatioin of the programme can correct this problem if the developer see this, the developer code is BDLKWJhope you can fix this problem,bye
I just bought shadow, I attempted to log into the account it was purchased on, and it failed to login. When I logged into the account, it said that I have no active or pending orders and or subscriptions. I then checked my bank account, and it was just charged for $32.97. This is unacceptable.
Not sure where to post this but I live in Cheyenne, Wyoming USA and I just did a test and my ping is above what is suggested. I have a wired connection from my modem to my computer. I understand you do not really have any data centers near me but I was wondering if you have any timeline when you will. My ping came up at 52 msEverything else came in as good.Thank you
Hello so I bought the shadowtech in May 14 and I’m still waiting and it’s my first time using Shadowtech also my friend recommended to me and she bought it on february and she said it took only for her one week to come so I just want to know when it will come because I know it won’t come all the way next year

Hi, my icome varys (comes in on different days of the month) what would happen if my funds come in after my shadow due date?is there flexibility in this? i don’t want to lose it cos my pay is days/weeks late.or can i pay off (card payments) on a month that i get payed late? just asking for peice of mind really.chris

I’ve made 4 different accounts, used 2 different debit cards, and every single time it charges me the $1 for verification, then it charges me $29.99, both of them are successful and are taken out my account, but then after 25-30 minutes I get a email saying “Payment Issues” and then I get my money back around a hour or 2 later, but then this time I tried again and now it took my money out, said “Payment Issues” and has had my $29.99 for 12 hours, I just wanna play on my shadow, not have to deal with this.
