Hello, You my friend must be here because you have one and only one important question!   ‘When on earth will I get to use my amazing Shadow Boost?!?!’  Well now that you ask, good question.    There are a few different answers to this I will make it a bit easier to understand for you for now. And I will update this as best I can.   If you are in the United States, click the spoiler below for times and updates. Day 1 Badge

Hello, I joined about 13 hours ago and still haven’t received a day 1 badge. I saw most people received it within a few hours so I wanted to check in. Glad to see we have a forum now!

So, i started using shadow well before the three new variations started, my year anniversary will be in august, what happens when that contract ends, does it just continue or will it move into one of the other three new variants?

Boost Upgrade Activations

Let me be the one to start this thread regarding order fulfillments.   I'm still waiting for my Boost upgrade and dying to get Ultra later when it goes online.    Just reply with..  "Got Mine" or something to that effect.

upgrading midway?

Are we at any point gonna be allowed to change the shadow we have through the middle of a year purchase. Like what I mean is I bought boost for a year and I have used it for about 4 months and I enjoyed what I got. I wanted to upgrade to ultra but I also don’t want to be paying for both at the same time so I wanted to know if it would be possible to change my boost into ultra even thought my year of boost is not finished?

Help

Why can't I leave shadow, I have waited for a year for that one year for the subscription to run out, but when I try to cancel I just see that it has put me in a new one, I had someone from your team that would cancel it, but nothing has happened, please help

Switching datacenters?

Hello all,   I’m moving to New York from Chicago later this year and I was just wondering what the policy on switching my shadow to a different datacenter would be. I bought the 1 year package so I am kind of locked in. At the time of buying I had no idea I was going to have to move. Now that it’s set in stone and locked in I was just wondering if I could have my shadow moved. Thank you!

You should take Shadow to Latin countries. many people would love Shadow

Many people in Latin America would love Shadow, because in Latin America we do not have a service of this quality, so it would be very good so that the community grows much more, many do not have a PCgamer and want to play video games.

No 'My Shadow' tab in account page for Ultra and Infinite

Hi,  For Ultra and Infinite users there is no 'My Shadow' tab on account page. Because of that it is not possible to reset my Shadow by myself. It's also not possible to add additional storage and a Shadow Ghost when these are available.   Could you please tell me when this will be be possible?    Thanks,  Gentle
