Unable to save payment information, preventing me from buying Shadow PC
Hi, I’m currently facing an issue where adding payment information is broken. I am not a Shadow PC user, but I am interested towards becoming one but this issue, or bug, is preventing me from doing so. I am simply wondering if this is a concurrent issue where more people are facing and if there’s any way I can deal with this situation. Thanks.
I want to request a refund. Shadow is not stable at all for me. I have a 100K Internet Connection and effectively no game runs smoothly. I've already measured my internet a thousand times and got a ping of 16MS so it doesn't bother me. I've already emailed you enough proof and it's enough with your excuses. I want a refund now.
I am trying to upgrade to power but can’t.I live in IrelandWhen I log into shadow.tech, this is what I see: So I am on en_GB siteThere is three different currencies used on this pageWhen I try and upgrade I get a Dutch message saying the VAT can’t be properly calculatedThe billing address is correct outside of the country which is Netherlands and I can’t change itSupport ticket so far remains unansweredThe chatbot is entirely uselessSo what can I do to get the upgrade?
I just bought shadow, I attempted to log into the account it was purchased on, and it failed to login. When I logged into the account, it said that I have no active or pending orders and or subscriptions. I then checked my bank account, and it was just charged for $32.97. This is unacceptable.
Unable to purchase shadow due to error.
I have the cash on my card, but it seems like whenever I press pay. I constantly get a message stating the purchased error ed. I can't buy other things perfectly fine EXCEPT this. (Yes, I've contacted support. It's been the same thing so far. Currently waiting for another response.)
My shadow was cancelled for no reason
Please i need help, my shadow was cancelled for no reason, I didnt cancel it and I paid my last bill, this will be the LAST time i use shadow if i cant get it back. My shadow was banned at one point for a false crypto flag and i bad to redownload everything and it was awful, I really dont want to have to do that, instead i'll probably just buy myself a new pc and be done with this crap
shadow power upgrade pre order
I got today an e-mail with my activation link to get shadow power upgrade.but when I click the link it wil zend me to internet I come at a page where I can select two options 1 shadow normal 2 shadow poweri select number 2next it Will ask me to sighn up an accaunt or log in if I already have an accauntso I try to sighn in to my accaunt then it Will say legacy accaunt cant do it by this wat the have to go to page : and with a link press here I do press here and then it goes to my normal accaunt page where I cant do annything please can you help me beacause I have ontging on a pre order that wont work. plus I pre order something and then it wont work so why pre order?plus I cant make a new accaunt because of the payment methot you can only chose for credit or debit but whe use iDeal in the netherlands.Please help me
Double Charged Subscription
I subscribed to shadow, and had thought I had cancelled it after subscribing. However, I checked my bank statement, and I was double charged $30, today. Even if the subscription was in tact, I understand being charged once. But to be double charged. When I was trying to login in to my account, it says that my account is under maintenance. Please let me know what I can do, because I was not planning on having it.
account issues and billing issues
I have been attempting to log in since Friday but no matter how long I wait it never loads, so I try to log in the website for help but it tells me my account is in maintenance mode. I was eventually charged for another month of service and waited a bit to try to log in but still couldn't. Now I have been billed a second time for it and still can't use it. Not sure what to do.

I can not get into my shadow account. All it does when I try to generate a login code is show a blank QR code and no link. And then goes back to the orange “generate new login code.”when I try to login from a browser, it tells me my account is in maintenance mode? I do not get why I can’t access something I pay to use.

I came back after a few months of inactivity. Every time I’m trying to resubscribe I’m getting “Legacy customers should use our initial interface”What exactly is initial interface? I was looking everywhere for an option to subscribe, nothing. Only preorder option giving me this msg every time.On top of that I found out that power upgrade priority is for people that still were on boost waiting list. I was on Infinite list for months and cancelled after Shadow announced they will not offer Ultra and Infinite anymore.And I was an user since the beginning of Shadow.Now I remember why I cancelled.C’mon man!
Subcribing in Canada
Hi, I actually have a shadow boost activated in NewYork server. I would like to subscribe in Montreal Canada server. Do i need to create a new account? Because it seems like I can’t change mon country in my billing adresse informations. It is USA at the moment. Even when I try to create a new account. It seems like the canada’s register link is bugged. Its a blank white page. Thank you for helping !
Help me please, need a refund
i need a refund, i think i just made a huge mistake, i using autofill to made a subcription while i dont recognise that shadow isnt available in my country which is indonesia, the shadow isnt giving me a warn and just charged out my credit card instead, andnow i cant use shadowNote : my internet connection is fine50 MB/S for download and 20 MB/S for uploadAnd its fine as well as im using different service from other PC cloud provider from russia
