What Is the time in which I'll actually have my shadow activated?
So I recently had just ordered the standard 29.99$ shadow boost off of the website and have been waiting for maybe like under 7 ish hours I’m pretty sure, looking back and forth through my emails and like the internet trying to find answers (Couldn’t find any unfortunately) and I was just wondering if anyone could tell me how long the wait time would be or give me an Idea of when shadow rolls out activations on chicago servers. When will additional storage be available?
There’s several additional games and programs I’d like to install but simply can’t due to space constraints. Some games take up to 80 GB. That takes a big bite out of a 256 GB drive. I need at least one additional 256 GB drive to install the rest of the games I’d like to play. Is there any word on when we can expect additional storage to be made available?
I recently re-subscribed to Shadow with Power Upgrade in Washington DC, but found after activation that my instance was placed in another distant datacenter. Support quickly identified the issue, informed me that Washington DC had no capacity for the Power Upgrade, and refunded my subscription costs.My question is, the website still shows that I can subscribe to the Power Upgrade, but how can I tell if its actually going to put it in the right datacenter?
Can we please get an update for those of us who have waited well over a year for our upgrade?
I am at a loss to understand why you ask us to pre-order hardware 16 months ago and we’re still awaiting a reliable eta on launch.I have a Shadow account for my kids and quite understandably they are asking for a home computer as the Shadow is simply not up to scratch for today’s games.Should I just hold out an wait for this elusive upgrade or just cancel and get a computer?
Hello all, I’m moving to New York from Chicago later this year and I was just wondering what the policy on switching my shadow to a different datacenter would be. I bought the 1 year package so I am kind of locked in. At the time of buying I had no idea I was going to have to move. Now that it’s set in stone and locked in I was just wondering if I could have my shadow moved. Thank you!
Roughly when can we expect Ultra/Infinite to activate?
I know it says “End of summer 2020”, but does this mean August? September? Could it be tomorrow? The boost upgrades seem to either have already been done or are within the next week-ish. So, should we be expecting to wait much longer for ultra/infinite? I ordered in October 2019
Due for activation this week, no order appears in my account now
As the title says really.I should be activating this week (order date 5th May, Paris DC). My account this week now shows under orders ‘No order in progress’. I have had no email regarding activation. In subscriptions it says ‘Yearly subscription - waiting activation’ Is this normal? Thanks, Boot
Paris Activation a big disappointment !!!!
Hey #TeamShadow, Today i came to talk about this frustration and disappointment toward the Paris server and all this delays in activation. I pre-ordered my shadow boost on the 5th June 2020 and they said that it will be activated on August 2020, 2 month of delays which is fine and i completely understand with all this pandemic going on, the staff will be shortened which will result on a delay for the activation.The thing that i can’t understand is how all the other severs are able to activate a large number of shadow accounts in a short period of times and ours cannot ? How the other servers activate 2 weeks of pre-order shadows accounts in a week and our server only activate 3 days of pre-order shadows accounts in a week ? How all the other servers are now activating June and July pre-orders and ours still in the beginning of May pre-orders ? Each time you are delaying the activation by a good amount of time.I find this very unreasonable and frustrating, i’m very disappointed toward y
Family account management
Hi, I’m a father of a couple of gamers who would both benefit from having Shadows just like the one I’ve been testing the past few days for myself.I’d really like for there to be a way for me to manage a family account under a single login, though, rather than having to tie the same payment information to three different accounts and have to keep track of it all.I recognize that this is not currently an option, but is it on any kind of roadmap or even backlog?

I received an email at 9am this morning telling me that if I register with the new forum that I will receive a special badge! I was curious what i have to do to get my badge? My Shadow account was just activated 2 days ago, I live in California so I am using the California data center.
Shadow Infinite in CA (US) / March activations ?
So its March. Will Ultra/Infinite activations start in CA (US) ? We’ve been waiting for those for 2 years now. Any news ? Confirmations ? I kept my Boost for two years, even though it can't provide 40fps on my screen resolution, just to be able to update to higher tier. And please don't reply with “waiting list” and “faq” answer, we all aware and signed up already for those waiting lists for two years now. Just waiting to see that email.

Hello! I orded Shadow Boost around 6 days ago. And i searched through the whole internet for information about Shadow activation times. I read a post that said it was 0 to 15 days. But that was from 2018 so i dont know if that is still the case. On https://account.shadow.tech/order-tracking it will say: “Available in August 2020”. By reading that i was completely confused… Is it 0 to 15 days until activation? Is it activated in 2020? I am really confused and i hope somebody can reply to this with info about account activation. Thanks! (Btw I live in the netherlands, maybe it will help)
Every day I check if it’s possible to upgrade the storage on my Shadow subscription (AMS).. and after almost 1 year of “no can’t do”.. I am really disappointed on this side of the Shadow experience.Come on guys! It’s almost impossible to play any games without a reset of my Shadow vm.Also it takes allot of bandwidth in the datacenters, because we simple need to download everytime the whole game if we want to change a game to play.
Is this fraud? Do the advanced options with waiting lists even exist?
I have been on a ‘waiting list’ for 7 months now. If i dont get a definitve satisfying answer till the next month i will file charges of fraud with the police and sue to get all the money back i paid to be on those so called ‘waiting lists’.
