please help me im literally panicking
my card was charged and i did not receiver my shadow tech! it told me my card was declined and then i saw a notification from my bank saying shadow tech stole money from me, ive contacted my bank and contacted support but nothing is helping fast enough so please someone try to give me a soulation because i am really panicking and shadow tech isnt cheap..
Moving to other state/ country
Hey! I’ve recently been enjoying shadow for the past couple of years now. I really like the idea of shadow and hope it’ll grow 100% international. The one problem I have is I tend to move/take trips to other states alot. and Shadow doesn’t work. Would there be a way to switch databases for a small fee of $5 - $10.I would pay that,or is there a way to switch databases right now?

I cancelled my account in March. In June I got suspicious e-mails about validation codes. I figured they were phising attempts and did not click on anything. Then I got a change of e-mail notice. Again didn't click and just ignored it. Then I check my credit card and it has been charged twice. Shadow is asking me to send them a picture of my drivers license and a piece of mail for proof of identification…. on the same e-mail that clearly was compromised for the person to reactivate the Shadow account. I’ve asked them to cancel my account and they won’t. They said I had to log in and do it….so I tried and got the “oops something went wrong message” Asked for a phone number and they said one doesnt exist.. Please be careful with using this service.
Wont Accept my Payment.
Hello Had a bank change that affected the payment. Went on the shadow site to update and it wont accept? go through all security but “fails to regualize”. So, i tried the One time payment. Same thing. So i tried a friend,s card and the same thing happens. That was 3-4 days ago. I have tried contacting support but no response in the 3-4 days. I have also tried paying it 10+ times with 3 different cards. I am at a point where its going to be deactivated in 2 days. Any one else been ignored in this state? is it becauseim still on the £14.99 deal? I might be paranoid but its going to suck to lose my service when i have been trying to pay! and a little suspect that i am being so ignored? (weekend maybe?)

Hello,Do it’s possible to have my account/data transferred to Montreal data centre? It’s closer to me than Washington, D.C., Do Montreal is reserved for future Canadian consumers? Final Fantasy XIV is a bit laggy for constant 59 fps. I had a message that my connection is laggy (I got more than required as hardware and internet). The actual Shadow issues is the cause? Thanks,
No service entering month 3, still taking money
Can you please provide contact details for finance and complaints department? I am entering my third month without Shadow and you're still taking payment and offering no ETA.At the moment, Shadow is stealing my, and other people's, money and not providing a solution. All while still selling the product and activating for new users.
Shadow’s order process led me to believe it would be active within 1 hour.My account page says “Waiting activation”, and the “My Orders” tab has nothing in it, so I cannot see an estimate.Anything I can do to expedite activation or get an estimate? Any estimates for someone on the east coast of the US?Thank you.
Will it be possible to upgrade to the Power option AND change the datacenter country ?
I’ve seen that the power upgrade will allow us to have a better PC and that Shadow will be available in Canada. I may move permanently to Canada in a few months. Will it be possible to get the Power Options on the Canadian’s data center ? Will I lose my data if I change my VM location ?
Created account nearly 2 hours ago, still in the “waiting for activation” phase. Very little faith in a company that does not honor their commitments. It should not take so long to spin up a new instance, it's not like resources are configuring manually. Preparing to cancel if this is not rectified within the next 30 minutes.
Shadow shouldn’t be raising it’s prices if the service isn’t getting better. They say that they are constantly under maintenance & moving towers into new buildings. If 8/10x i get on i can’t play anything because my shadow is performing so poorly then why is the price of shadows services rising? It’s only gotten worse since i’ve had it. When i was paying less, it worked better. Idk, doesn’t make much sense to me. Seems like they are avoiding speaking to me about this as well, every time that i create a ticket they try to troubleshoot & avoid answering any questions i really have. Other than that i only get apologies. One more thing… There still isn’t a new version of the shadow app for the new version of mac (idk about windows). I’ve been using the shadow beta app since summer 2021. It’s smells like disrespect
I just renewed my subscription after it was on hold and I was logged in. Then saw that I can finally purchase storage so I bought it. Do I have to wait to migrate to the new data center and is the storage upgrade a brand new drive instead of replacing the current D drive and losing all my valuable important files?
Change in Shadow Payment?
Hello, my payment processing which I’ve used for the past few months seems to not be supported any longer. Is it possible to hold cancelation of my shadow for longer than 4 days in order to find a payment method that you will accept? Please any information on holding this would be greatly appreciated.
When will additional storage be available?
There’s several additional games and programs I’d like to install but simply can’t due to space constraints. Some games take up to 80 GB. That takes a big bite out of a 256 GB drive. I need at least one additional 256 GB drive to install the rest of the games I’d like to play. Is there any word on when we can expect additional storage to be made available?

I cannot disconnect my old paypal, add new paypal or add credit or debit card cos I’m not in living in the region of where data center is located. The issue is that it seems paypal is no longer an option to pay for shadow??!It used to be fine for more than a year. I have shadow since november 2020. And paypal used to work.But now since I live in a different country. I’m locked out of paying for shadow. My datacenter is around Germany, originally was in Amsterdam. I tried my bf’s card(he is in America and I’m in Europe) and it didn’t work either… Well cos of location. Idk what to do?Questions:Why does this even matter to you shadow ? You want my money?! Just let me pay from whatever I have!And why does it matter where I live if you don’t have that many datacenters? I love shadow! And you love when your customer like me pay you for enjoying good service!I never had an issue that bothered me before, but you seem like you do now? What’s wrong, shadow? You don’t want loyal customer’s money?
