It's all in the title, this morning I woke up and like every day I checked my shadow account and my pre-order is no longer in my order, I just see my subscription ''pending activation'' in the ''subscription'' section. I really wonder what happening :( Problem fix.
I’m just wondering if the activation time shown in my panel is accurate, I ordered a shadow boost back in February but currently it’s estimating it won’t be ready until October.I’m just contemplating if it’s worth me cancelling my order and buying a computer instead, although I would much prefer to have the shadow pc and carry on using my Mac.
So my shadow £17.99 after 2 and a bit years is now nearly double the price monthly £32.50. With it seems no increase in specs or service at all and an outstanding upgrade dating from 2019.How is a doubled cost justified by the company when there is no addition of service or specs? What price is expected for the ‘elusive, upgrade that was £24.99?… £50? Your present customers weren't given options with your new pricing or a range of plans for customers. Just an agree to this price or service will terminate at end of billing cycle. Thanks for coming now off you go. I for one am disappointed and look forward to any reply
they keep changing the activation date, new price and god knows what else. and i still havent got jack to show for the money, and now im truly starting to get mad and fustrated. this company needs to get their head out the ass and start talking to people that gave them money and start to talk about when the hell i and others are going to get what we paid for year if not years ago. this is truly a prank on us or a giant scam. i for one are pretty damn pissed at this point
This is terrible communication. Why would you send me an email saying I should expect an email when my shadow is ready to use- which should be any day now. I look on my account and you’ve updated my expected delivery date to now August 26… that's not any day now? that's any month now. You've now pissed me off because of your poor choice to lie to me and get my hopes up that ill receive the shadow soon. But then regress and say its still months out. I highly doubt I'm even going to get the shadow that the new date.
Dear Shadow Some time ago I have received an e-mail about accepting new conditions, I clicked the link provided, logged it and accepted the new conditions on my account page. My June invoice was still with the old price though. Now I receive yet the 2nd e-mail stating I have 5 days to accept the new conditions or I will loose my shadow. I click on the link provided in the e-mail again and it takes me to my shadow account page, then I see nothing there about accepting the new conditions (I guess because I have already accepted them couple of weeks ago). Will I loose my shadow in 5 days? What can I do to make sure my shadow will be ok? Thank you for your help!
Hi there im new in shadow and the activation where i live(germany) will start the 25 of november and here my question i just payed for one month 14,99euro,when that month will finish they will take directly money of my associated card?or my suscribtion will totally cancelled after that month finish(hope no),there is other question can i pay now for 1 year forward ? i wish somebody can help me im totally new…,Thanks!
Hi, my shadow activation is due in 3 days and I still haven't received an email to accept the new pricing deal, I don't want to wait until the 24th to then have my shadow canceled and refunded as I've been waiting since December. Any ideas on how to accept the new pricing or will my shadow just activate on the 24th....getting worried. Thanks
My Shadow sub recently disappeared (possibly relating to the changes going on currently). So I went in to re-subscribe and the only option I get is a pre-order for Shadow Boost in March 2022. Does this mean I can no longer use my Shadow even though £29.99 has been debited from my account today? I saw this post but does that mean everyone has lost access to their Shadow accounts until 2022?
I’m sorry, but I am not going to pay 29.99 for the exact same PC. Either you guys show some transparency on why in god’s name you’d up the price and eliminate the other options, or I, and I’m sure many others, will be cancelling.
It's too bad that you are not going to offer a lower tier of access to keep the price at 11.99 per month
It’s unfortunate that the price is jumping up to 29.99 per month. I only used (and liked) Shadow for testing outside applications so wasn’t on here nearly as much as a solid gamer would be. If you only kept the price at 11.99 and offered X amount of hours per month. I would have stayed.
It is not excusable deleting a gamers entire hard drive I pay you extra money for. Period. What am I paying you extra money for extra storage for if not a backup? Sorry let me add here, for the UPGRADE I paid you for. You deleted my extra space, for an upgrade….Was somebody that dense or did you guys really think that was okay? I pay for GIGS ON GIGS of extra space, and you send me a message I have like a day to figure out how to move it? Seriously, something is wrong with the company.I’m sure it’s somewhere in your NEW terms of service, that you can delete our stuff with short notice. The same TOS you changed after I pointed out being a creator and making money on the platform, was a violation of your own TOS. Where in as I was basically told not to worry about it. Real professional. Strange how that page changed after I made a fuss about it, into a TOS with actual professional legalese.Disgusting, if I didn’t have to contact France and have to have a ton of money to do fight in court
