Hi there,i’m waiting for the availability of additional storage. 256 GB is not contemporary any longer. On my account page the buyable storage is remarked as “sold out”, the last entry of this topic is written on June 2021. Is there something ongoing? After a year with no problems even through bankruptcy and all the scale back and changesI supported shadow and even committed to 1 yr to support the company!Yesterday received notice that they could not bill my account! Being very satisfied with the service and waiting 2 months for activation I do not want to lose the service I don’t want to lose it!I tried resetting the payment method did not work!Called my bank they said it was their end so I wrote as support tickedThe gave me some BS saying it was the issuing bank!Spent a hour with my bank to track down the problem and they said it was rejected by Shadow because the billing address did not match….this was not a problem before payment went through many time before!Tried to edit the billing address to match the debit card thier website did not allow me to do thisWrote another support ticked they sent me a link to update my payment!!The page did not allow me to change billing address or reset the debit card!! Like I said love shadow
I’ve just signed up, and I’d like to avoid auto-renewal because I’ve got a habit of signing up for things and forgetting about them. Hopefully won’t happen here, if it works well for me, but I’d still like the option to stop myself from forgetting and getting charged.Thanks!
I am planning on cancelling my subscription at the end of this month for financial reasons, but I plan to re-subscribe as soon as I am able to afford the service again. Will I be put on a wait-list for a Shadow to be ready again or will my current machine still be available for me when I re-subscribe?
As header mentions I have been charged, but nothing is listed on my account. No active subscription, just the same layout for buying the subscriptions as if I had never made an order. Checking my bank statement however it did go through. When can I expect to be activated ? Does it mean I'm currently in the queue if I have been charged ? Thanks to whoever takes the time to respond.
When I first setup my Shadow it was a 1080TI gpu now it is showing a Quadro 5000 I kinda feel like I was bait & switched. Why did this happen? Also will this be changed back as i am still being charged the 29.99 per month and not getting any of the 3 tiers of service offered my service is equivelant to the 12.99 tier?
Just curious, was the deadline set for 12PM PST (3PM EST) or 12PM EST (9AM PST). I checked the email and I got it a little after 12PM/Noon yesterday but I know their main US area is in California, not even taking the Europe side into the equation. If its based on eastern I'm assuming I missed it, but if it's PST, I might have just squeezed by. PS. If this is the wrong spot or has already been answered I apologized. Just caught this on my lunch break and was trying to hurry up and register. I have been a sub going into my 2nd year and I'm a discord booster. Hi support, Your bot is down so ill ask it here. I wanted to order the normal shadow again and when I needed to pay, it said my credit card is not allowed. I use paypal so this is really strange. So I tried a couple of times and when I checked my paypal, there are 8 transactions pending…. Can this all be canceled to just 1 subcription? Also, the order is not visible in my orders. Can this be checked?
Hello! I've been activated on the 23rd of April, which is awesome ofcourse, but I always get my salary on the 24th. I am sure I can pay on the 23rd as well if not possible… but I think I'd prefer if it could be changed to the 24th, especially since I want to change to a yearly plan.
