How do I get in touch with professional sales service
Hi,I’m working in France, and my company wants to subscribe to shadow for all employes, but we havn’t been able to get in touch with anybody from the sales department.I’ve asked to the support line, and they gave me an email, but I never received any response and even when I try to bool a meeting on your app, there wasn’t anybody showing. Is there any other way to contact the sales ? Thanks

Hello, I'm requesting a refund since I was only able to properly use the service for like 24h and then it started stuttering on it's video after 10 or 15 min of logging into shadow, I have checked everything and still stutters and freezes for no reason, I have also tried GeForceNow or Xbox Gamepass cloud service that requires the same amount of network capabilities and never had one issue so it is not an internet issue or my peripherals.

Graduated levels of frustration.At this point, I just want my access restored through the file explorer so I can get the files I need and close my shadow account after 5 years.I understand that the company is going through a lot of changes, but as a customer, I've had to put forth around 8-10,(a 500% increase VS the past 4 years combined) support tickets this year, my price raised, and I'm getting less and less service. I'm paying for a service, and I've outlined avenues of compromise on these issues to accommodate the amount of shifts occurring internally, but they've been disregarded.It is not on the part of the customer to accommodate your company's internal shifts, and if it does fall on the customer, it's an even less sustainable business plan than previously.I have had 2 months now at the new price, whic
Shadow hardware upgrades
On 5 October I was billed for my first payment under the new pricing structure. going from $12 USD to $30 USD. While I understand the need for this price increase it does bring up a concern. I was fully prepared to transition from Shadow Boost to Ultra when it became available. My logic was (and is) that $360 a year would still be less than I’d likely spend on PC hardware upgrades over the same period of time and the hardware on Ultra was more than adequate for my needs. Now I am essentially paying the same monthly cost as Ultra without the benefit. The hardware currently running “my” Shadow is the equivalent of a six year old gaming PC. Which brings me to my question.How long will we have to wait before we find out what the new hardware landscape will look like for Shadow? Speaking frankly and for myself alone, the $30/mo I am spending for Shadow could easily be put into a new gaming PC with better specs.
Don't Hold Your Breath
There are many would-be Shadow users who have gotten their activation dates moved back to December 31st 2021. I just wanted to tell the people who have their activation dates the same to not expect Shadow to deliver on time and consider a refund. I don’t think that Shadow will be able to deliver on Dec 31st because:It’s a seemingly arbitrary date that MANY subscriptions were pushed back to There is no way Shadow is going to be able to handle the amount of people that are all supposed to get activated on the exact same dayIt just seems like Shadow panicked and pushed a bunch of subs back, so don’t expect them to deliver on time. I’m expecting that the majority of the subs listed as Dec. 31st will pushed back even more. Personally, if the date gets moved back further, I’m just going to get a refund.
when is shadow tech preorder be completed?
I just preorder my shadow tech account 3 days ago. I’m trying to contact shadow tech customer support which doesn’t exist I guess. I have read something on the google that said shadow tech won’t be accepting preorders until December 1st 2021? If that’s the case isn’t that considered scam or mislead customers? Shadow Tech has told be after paying preorder that my shadow tech will be available in 3 days. So now I’m confused on when will I have my shadow tech equipment. Will I ever have it? I have read some other reviews and some have even waited 6 months?! I do not want to wait 6 months after being told my shadow tech account will be available in 3 days. Does anyone know how to contact employees that work on customer support because I feel like I have been lied to. If anyone doesn’t have information to contact directly then it’s okay and I’ll just cancel my “preorder” hopefully I can request my refund.
Shadow Boost Activation 10/1/2021
Just ordered a month shadow boost, it shows I can access it in 3 working days, but I saw the activation update says they paused the activation. So what’s the situation? Can I access shadow in 3 working days?(I bought this for halo infinite beta and battlefield 2042 beta)

Hi everyone, I purchased a month of Shadow Boost last night and it’s showing that my activation time is September 30th. I’m wondering if this is an error I should be concerned with, or if I should cancel and re-order. Has anyone run into this error with the dates before?

What’s going on?!I recently had to change my card number and just got a declined payment due to Shadow trying to use my old card. Went to go update info but keep getting “Something is Wrong” when in fact everything is right! It’s asking me to check my billing address but everything is the way it should be. Why is this happening? Someone help please!
Transparency with Actvations
I get this kind of post has been made a bunch already, but i’d like a bit of transparency. I ordered on March 15th from the Chicago Datacenter, and my order page says that my order should be ready by July 30th, however July has obviously passed. I used the support bot on the website, and it says that it should be activated by August 26, 2021. Which, has well, clearly also passed. I get there are things going on and changes are being made with the company, and I understand that others have waited years, so I don’t mean to seem “impatient”. I would just like some clarification on if my order page will be updated, or the bot response will be updated. Maybe some information about the chicago datacenter. How are activations going at the moment for that datacenter? When would be an estimated guess for things getting back on track? I emailed support and was told to check the weekly activation updates, yet one hasn’t been made in months, so basically I have no information, and I really don’t k
Had Shadow before, will I get it back on time? Do I even want it??
I had Shadow for almost a year until a billing error in August, but when I first pre-ordered in mid-2020 I was able to access my Shadow Desktop in less than 4 weeks, then after a few months Shadow just wasn’t working right. After I lost access in August of this year(2021) I did a new pre-order only 2 weeks later and it says I have to wait until New Years Eve. This “next chapter” for Shadow seems to be much more of an abandonment than a step forward in any sense. -Better communication from your teams? Seems like half of your employees got fired. -Weekly Updates? Haven’t had a single update since June, and it was from someone who doesn’t work at Shadow anymore. -Get access to Shadow faster? I’ve seen nothing but complaints in this community forum about people having to wait LONGER than what they were promised.At this point, I’m close to cancelling my pre-order because it seems like it’s not worth it anymore. I’m gonna start off by saying: This isn’t Shadow’s fault. At least, not entirely. It’s just a bit strange that I ordered my Shadow upgrade 23 months ago, and there’s been no news on it. I get it, there’s been shortages of parts and internal problems over the last couple years, but I just wish there was more transparency, I guess. The date keeps getting pushed back, but I’d honestly prefer a simple “To be confirmed” instead of seeing the date get pushed back to late 2021 (for example), then just seeing 2021 pass by with no sign of shadow in sight.
[URGENT] Not late on payments, now "no active subscription", need my files ASAP
I was logged out of Shadow today and prompted to update my payment information.I updated my payment information (and checked and can confirm there are no late payments). After hitting save, it now says “No active subscription” and the only call-to-action shown to me is to ‘pre-order’. I need to access my work files, but have no means of booting up my PC. After researching why this might be the case, it’s because of the shift from Shadow Boost to “Shadow” and the increase in price. I had not seen any of the “Action required” emails b/c they got auto-sorted into Gmail’s Promotions filter. The language in those emails suggests that my account has been completely deleted and all my data is now gone.I’ve already submitted a Customer Support ticket but would REALLY appreciate if I can speak to any Shadow support employee directly to resolve this and get access to my local files on my account. I’ve been a user since like 2019 -- I’m hella sad right now if I lost everything.
Why is Shadow going to take so long?
I ordered Shadow today and it said that I was not going to get access until October 28! That is ridiculous in my opinion! I ordered Shadow thinking that I would be able to get it the next day but I have to wait for over a month! Why is this? Shadow can you fix your stuff? I was really hoping I would be able to play Half Life Alyx soon, but that is out the window. I can tough it out but I really don’t want to.Please say this this is not the actual date and that I will get it earlier!

Hello,I was thrilled to get my activation 5 months sooner than I was expecting, but 2 problems have arisen -1st - The next payment date is due on the 27th of the month, this is a problem for me as traditionally by the 27th I wont have the funds in my account to pay for the service. I would like my payment date to be earlier in the month, preferrably the 2nd or 3rd to ensure there are no payment issues between us.2nd - I use Shadow for sim racing with a g920 steering wheel. for the past week I have had problems with usb forwarding and ultimatly it’s meant I have had no purpose to use the account. This issue is still ongoing and if not fixed soon, I may be forced to cancel my subscription (This is something I do NOT want to do as I will have to sell my steering wheel too as I don’t have a machine which can run games).Because of these reasons I was wondering if you would be able to provide me with a new payment date of 2nd or 3rd October and then remain at this date for the following mont
