hello, i have a problem with my shadowthe last time i used it it was 1 week ago i think i started a download and then turned off my pc. the result is that i get this message every time i try to open it: sistem errorimpossible to execute the code, because AudioDeviceCorfglib.dll is not found the reinstallatioin of the programme can correct this problem if the developer see this, the developer code is BDLKWJhope you can fix this problem,bye
Can we get some information on why there is no accounting for exchange rates in the UK price for Shadow?When the price was reduced down to 15, it wasn't so bad, but now it's going back ot the original rates, with no improvement, it becomes a question again.It's not like there is any extra cost to deliver the service to the UK, as we utilise the EU datacentres. It feels like a real kick in the teeth and as if we are subsidising other users.
..myself, to find out that it is on indefinite hold. Preorder = cancelled I really hope that Plutosphere and some of the other services that are planned to release soon, and who are using established server infrastructure, rather than filing for bankruptcy to get out of paying their debts, will do a better job than this poorly managed excuse for a startup. Hello so I bought the shadowtech in May 14 and I’m still waiting and it’s my first time using Shadowtech also my friend recommended to me and she bought it on february and she said it took only for her one week to come so I just want to know when it will come because I know it won’t come all the way next year
I currently have 3 block of extra storage will I be able to reduce that to one straight away when the new price kicks in.i don't want to pay for 3 blocks but I also don't want to be stuck with only 256gb.My billing date has been around the 15th of each month so does that extend to 25th or do I get an extra month at the old price or do they take the balance at the 25th.Please let me know the answer to both of these.Thanks
Hi,My current subscription date is on the 8th of the month. I've received an email about the new offer stating the change will happen on the 25th of June.What happens from a billing perspective? Will I pay the full £13 for the half period 8th June to 25th June and then be charged £30 from the 25th June to the 25th July? So basically I just got the Shadow Boost in the California datacenter, and I was wondering how long it took other people to get their Shadow subscription activated. Because for some reason it says its going to be “ready” December 31, 2021. And I still think that is a little long to wait for it, because by that time I will have probably forgotten that I bought shadow...
So yesterday Tuesday may 18th, I pre ordered Boost. It says it should activate on December 31st, but that seems like a REALLY long time to wait, so I was wondering if that is just like the worst case scenario, and I’m gonna get the email soon enough or something. If that’s not the case, is there any way to speed the waiting time up?
A few days ago I had a problem with a dispute about my payment I solved the dispute with my bank and wrote to the email that shadow told me The person answered me quickly the first days and I only have 5 business days and tomorrow is the fifth day and the assistant does not answer me Will I lose my account because of shadow's support? because the steps they asked me to fix the problem (I ran through them) and now the wizard is slow
Hello,i subscribed to Shadow Boost in January 2021, and it seems it will not be available in France before September 2021. I have 3 questions:• As i can’t find the option on my account, is it possible to already upgrade it to Shadow Infinite in order to start right away with it?• Is there any possibility to get it before September 2021 (by subscribing to a Shadow US or UK maybe)?• I own a visual creative company which uses a lot of 3D and CGI in the fields of fashion and video games. I'm going to be honest I'm a little bit mad and a little confused so this might read as incomprehensible apologise I just purchased it today 2021. After purchasing it it said that I had to wait for an email to be notified I'll be set up now I install Windows operating systems on computer servers every other day I figured that most giving a hugely away would take an hour. After few hours have gone by I still have not gotten any mail I decided to log in on the website and look around and now I'm seeing that you took my money but you're not going to give it to me for months it didn't say pre-order it said purchase it didn't say that I had to wait or anything I live in Iowa I chose the Iowa setting give me the nearest one which should be Chicago I want and looked up the Chicago I typed in is a keyword it's all Chicago Towers will not be available for basically two more months my money and having me pay you monthly bill for nothing? What's really going on here if you're not giving people wh
When has this ever made sense? Please do not charge customers until they actually have service unless you’ve made it very explicit that is what’s happening. If I get access two months from now, I may not even notice but I’m sure you'll keep charging me even though I haven’t logged in, right?
Hello Shadow gurus. I'll answer my own question, yet open to ideas on a creative project: "You are the millionth person to ask this question and you will need to wait until your subscription is available in your region". That's fair and I accept.With that out of the way: I'm looking forward to using the Unlimited plan to capture high resolution game scenes for use in animated desktop wallpapers ("still" video loops in animated game environments) that will be shared. Latency won't be an issue I think as I'll be recording from the remote machine, understanding my experience connecting to it could* be shotty.With that said, I'm on a boost plan that starts around first of next year*. Are exceptions made for creative projects where latency is accepted with open arms under the agreement to be nice and not be jerk when latency is discovered? It would sure be an interesting alternative to my poor machine in need of upgrades (lag isn't the only problem there).Thanks for taking a look and for th
