my order available date changed from august 26th 2021 to Available onDecember 31, 2021 wtf man?Like I haven't waited long enough for this now you're going to add two more months? wtf…….. y now this is not the first time it changed . you keep pushing it back . come on man i gave you $ for something I can not use or any thing this is not rite man . I hope you plan on give compensation for this? as of rite now the review of give is not good . p.s. i do not know where to put this in your fourm. so here is where it will go sorry.
Hello everyone,I pre-ordered my Shadow in January 2021 and now the activation has been postponed again. First from June to July, then to 30. August and now to 31. December. I#m really disappointed that it was postponed again without any information. :’( Is it the same for those who pre-ordered in January? best regards Chelios
As stated from the r/ShadowPC reddit; First off, I would like to say that using Shadow was a life altering experience for me as I had made all my edits (video editing) on there seeing as how I cannot do it on my real PC as it’s not strong enough to use the program. Without Shadow, I wouldn’t have met countless friends on games that I cannot run on my normal PC. Throughout using Shadow from these past years, there were bumps on the road with this service but they never cease to bring me a valuable and amazing gaming experience. I loved and was proud to have owned a virtual machine. My real PC couldn’t run literally 80%-90% of the games I play now, but with Shadow, I was able to run them with ease. Now, let’s talk about the present (at the time I am writing this.). Yesterday, I was making the most of my Shadow and was just setting up my Discord to look fancier using BetterDiscord. Many people in the community help of the discord are complaining about being banned because the automatic shutdown function not working. I was just sent a warning email about the exact same thing. Been a customer for almost three years (maybe, memory is fuzzy of exactly when). Can someone at shadow please look into this issue and also my situation. Sent a reply email like they did and it set up a ticket and I am expecting an automatic response.
My account was banned I found out it was because of the auto-shutdown not working and section 12 of terms and services when I had nothing to do with it. I ain't the only one. I'm scared all my files are gone, and if they are I'm going to feel worse. Please fix this issue Shadow!
I was just banned for mining crypto but (by my knowledge) I didn't download anything to mine cryptocurrency unless I downloaded a virus or something. Cryptocurrency is useless why would I pay 34 dollars to mine crypto? Please, I want to get into contact with someone to revoke my ban I was just about to get the outer worlds.
okey, now its almost 29 days since i should have gotten my pc. ive been waiting a gat damn year for it!!! a year without any straight answer or anything from you people. Im beyond mad at this point and really thinking about taking this brand to court, cause you have not lived up to any promisses given to me or any of us. a breach in contract big time, and you do not stand good in a case like this. So either you get ur heads out yall asses and start delivering what was promissed or get ready to close all the way down. cause if i sue, i go all in. cause im dead tired of these scammers like ur selfs
Looks like you’re having billing issues on your end. My bank shows no authorization attempts against either of the cards I tried to use. Attempts to get in touch with support have failed.I can’t even login to download my save files. If you delete my account, assume you’ll never see me as a subscriber again.
I accepted the new agreement and am currently waiting to see when my subscription will be updated to the new price. I have been paying for this for a few months and I don’t want all my $$$ to go to waste. if there is any timeframe as to when I will be charged the new price I need to know that as soon as possible. thank you.
Hey there.I’m sure this is the N’th new thread about this topic, but I would really like a new update on activations (for me in Amsterdam). Weekly updates are still promised but the last update was 2 months ago. The activation date in my account has now passed and I would like my Shadow activated or a new estimate.Thanks!-Nick
I can’t play half my games, The mouse cursor keeps randomly disappearing, I don’t care that it is a “known issue” what I care about is there is no eta for a fix, and I shouldn’t be paying full price for half of a service!!!!
Today is the activation day of my VM. But there is still no VM in “My Shadow” account page. And when using the app, it says my Shaddow is being set up. I read the info on activation, and it says that activation dates can change due to resources not being available,… but the date is now today. So I expect my VM today. I even took time off from work for a few days to enjoy it. Can anyone tell me if the activation dates are still reliable? Since no info on activation has been posted since the takover by OVH. They said there would be a short delay, follow by increase in deployment. That was a month ago.
It's all in the title, this morning I woke up and like every day I checked my shadow account and my pre-order is no longer in my order, I just see my subscription ''pending activation'' in the ''subscription'' section. I really wonder what happening :( Problem fix.
I’m just wondering if the activation time shown in my panel is accurate, I ordered a shadow boost back in February but currently it’s estimating it won’t be ready until October.I’m just contemplating if it’s worth me cancelling my order and buying a computer instead, although I would much prefer to have the shadow pc and carry on using my Mac.
So my shadow £17.99 after 2 and a bit years is now nearly double the price monthly £32.50. With it seems no increase in specs or service at all and an outstanding upgrade dating from 2019.How is a doubled cost justified by the company when there is no addition of service or specs? What price is expected for the ‘elusive, upgrade that was £24.99?… £50? Your present customers weren't given options with your new pricing or a range of plans for customers. Just an agree to this price or service will terminate at end of billing cycle. Thanks for coming now off you go. I for one am disappointed and look forward to any reply
they keep changing the activation date, new price and god knows what else. and i still havent got jack to show for the money, and now im truly starting to get mad and fustrated. this company needs to get their head out the ass and start talking to people that gave them money and start to talk about when the hell i and others are going to get what we paid for year if not years ago. this is truly a prank on us or a giant scam. i for one are pretty damn pissed at this point
This is terrible communication. Why would you send me an email saying I should expect an email when my shadow is ready to use- which should be any day now. I look on my account and you’ve updated my expected delivery date to now August 26… that's not any day now? that's any month now. You've now pissed me off because of your poor choice to lie to me and get my hopes up that ill receive the shadow soon. But then regress and say its still months out. I highly doubt I'm even going to get the shadow that the new date.
