Delivery Bug

I ordered my Shadow Boost from France region and it said ‘’Receive your Shadow under 3 working days.’’ but in my account page it saying ‘’Receive your Shadow before November 25th.’’

[URGENT] Not late on payments, now "no active subscription", need my files ASAP

I was logged out of Shadow today and prompted to update my payment information.I updated my payment information (and checked and can confirm there are no late payments). After hitting save, it now says “No active subscription” and the only call-to-action shown to me is to ‘pre-order’. I need to access my work files, but have no means of booting up my PC. After researching why this might be the case, it’s because of the shift from Shadow Boost to “Shadow” and the increase in price. I had not seen any of the “Action required” emails b/c they got auto-sorted into Gmail’s Promotions filter. The language in those emails suggests that my account has been completely deleted and all my data is now gone.I’ve already submitted a Customer Support ticket but would REALLY appreciate if I can speak to any Shadow support employee directly to resolve this and get access to my local files on my account. I’ve been a user since like 2019 -- I’m hella sad right now if I lost everything.

Question about miners

Just a bit of a simple question, if anyone can answer. I’ve noticed people are getting banned for bitcoin miners and, while this isn’t too bad if the bans are valid, I’m slightly concerned about whether or not bitcoin miners within malware will be detected at all.

Why is Shadow going to take so long?

I ordered Shadow today and it said that I was not going to get access until October 28! That is ridiculous in my opinion! I ordered Shadow thinking that I would be able to get it the next day but I have to wait for over a month! Why is this? Shadow can you fix your stuff? I was really hoping I would be able to play Half Life Alyx soon, but that is out the window. I can tough it out but I really don’t want to.Please say this this is not the actual date and that I will get it earlier!

Date next payment taken

Hello,I was thrilled to get my activation 5 months sooner than I was expecting, but 2 problems have arisen -1st - The next payment date is due on the 27th of the month, this is a problem for me as traditionally by the 27th I wont have the funds in my account to pay for the service. I would like my payment date to be earlier in the month, preferrably the 2nd or 3rd to ensure there are no payment issues between us.2nd - I use Shadow for sim racing with a g920 steering wheel. for the past week I have had problems with usb forwarding and ultimatly it’s meant I have had no purpose to use the account. This issue is still ongoing and if not fixed soon, I may be forced to cancel my subscription (This is something I do NOT want to do as I will have to sell my steering wheel too as I don’t have a machine which can run games).Because of these reasons I was wondering if you would be able to provide me with a new payment date of 2nd or 3rd October and then remain at this date for the following mont

When i Get my shadow pc

okey, now its almost 29 days since i should have gotten my pc. ive been waiting a gat damn year for it!!! a year without any straight answer or anything from you people. Im beyond mad at this point and really thinking about taking this brand to court, cause you have not lived up to any promisses given to me or any of us. a breach in contract big time, and you do not stand good in a case like this. So either you get ur heads out yall asses and start delivering what was promissed or get ready to close all the way down. cause if i sue, i go all in. cause im dead tired of these scammers like ur selfs

Should we make a petition and take shadow to court?

No one wants to pay for something and not receive what they paid for. When will the moving dates end?? So say this company has gotten thousands of new users recently and it's not giving ANY of them what they paid for. What if they keep doing this for 2 years to come? No! There not going to say "Pay us and we will play and use your money while we tell you to wait indefinitely." and just get away with doing that. THAT'S BUSINESS 101 So who thinks making a petition of everyone that feels shadow has done them wrong is a good idea?

What Is the time in which I'll actually have my shadow activated?

So I recently had just ordered the standard 29.99$ shadow boost off of the website and have been waiting for maybe like under 7 ish hours I’m pretty sure, looking back and forth through my emails and like the internet trying to find answers (Couldn’t find any unfortunately) and I was just wondering if anyone could tell me how long the wait time would be or give me an Idea of when shadow rolls out activations on chicago servers. Armani -

Why send mail that my account is ready for use. when its not?

IT makes no sense to me what so ever. To send me a email saying your shadow pc is ready just log in and bla bla blah. Shit still aint ready and i still cannot get into the damn pc, So why send me the damn mail when its not even close yet. arrrrghhh this company is driving me crazy

Do i have any advantage because i ordered sooner?

i saw a topic from another user about his shadow boost activation. He shared a screenshot showing he ordered Shadow Boost on august 26th 2021 and his esimated activation day was the same day. August 26th 2021. now I am wonderingwhy my activation date was the 30th of August, although i ordered in january this year. Now i got the information, that my Shadow Boost activation will be happen before the 25th of November and i am wondering if the user i told about will get his shadow sooner the me, even when he ordered way later than me.

cant pay bill or update card info

I didn't have the funds twice in a row to pay for Shadow automatically but now I do. However, when I go to pay my bill it will not accept my current card or any new one.Will the system try to charge my account a third time or will it simply allow my subscription to lapse?I've also tried and failed to get ahold of any support besides the bot. Is this normal for daytime US hours?

shadow activation was 29 july

My shadow was supposed to activate on the 29th of July according to your website. I have not received any email and have been very patient. When can I play and I expect my subscription to only start at activation.

my order available date changed from august 26th 2021 to Available onDecember 31, 2021 wtf man?Like I haven't waited long enough for this now you're going to add two more months? wtf…….. y now this is not the first time it changed . you keep pushing it back . come on man i gave you $ for something I can not use or any thing this is not rite man .
