Hello everybody in the shadow community, We all know that these delays and all of this has made us a bit frustrated, so let’s share what we feel about these delays and about our feelings about this very late activation! Here’s what I got: I was promised my Shadow in June. As time passed, I realized there was no way, nada, zip zero chance that I would have gotten my shadow in June. On June 26th, they said we would get our shadows by the end of June, however they say the timeline they were on was May 7th. Lol. Even at the rate this is going, I’m seeing 3 days worth of activations per 2 weeks. The promised time, for me, was the first 2-3 weeks of July. If at the moment they are on may 7th, in 2 weeks they will be on may 10th. I ordered May 21st. That means I’ll get my activation in late September, if it keeps this up. I recently saw a person asking that if he ordered today, would he get it by this week? I actually starting choking and laughing. What innocence. Slapped him in
I'm a bit confused
Hi TeamShadow I’m a bit confused in the information when I get activated. My order is from June 9th 2020 (Datacenter Paris) and in my Shadow account it says it will be activated in July 2020. But in your last 07/13 Weekly Post for the Shadow Boost Activation Update you write: PARIS: If pre-order date is before June 10th: Pre-orders are on track to be delivered late summer (August-September) What is correct? Thank you!
Boost ordered at 1. January 2020 with activated boost, still waiting...
Hey, first sorry for my bad english. I haven’t write a long time before in this language. So here are my problem: In January 2020 i have an activated Shadow Boost, it was a free month which i have won in a contest. During this time, on the 1. January 2020, i decided to order my boost, so that i can use theme countinously. At the 15. January 2020, my free month from Shadow Boost ends and my Boost was deactivated, my preorder was allmost active. Since this date i’m waiting for it, i have write the german support team, but nothing happens. So my question: Where is my Boost? Where is the problem to activate me? I know many things about server and remote connections, i know many about databases and account managment, but i don’t know where your problem is to activate me! How much are you going to discount our service due to the severe and ongoing issues?
I can’t play half my games, The mouse cursor keeps randomly disappearing, I don’t care that it is a “known issue” what I care about is there is no eta for a fix, and I shouldn’t be paying full price for half of a service!!!!
The website won't let me cancel my subscription
When I try to cancel the website gives a pop up at the bottom that says “oops something went wrong”. I need to cancel today before my subscription is renewed tomorrow. Seems very shady. Can someone from support cancel it for me here? I already contacted support but they never reply. Might have to get lawyer involved.
Will customers who can't affort to continue the subscription be given the cold shoulder??
I cannot afford shadow anymore due to losing my income in this pandemic, I figured I can just pay the bills if I get rid of unessessery expenses. So I've been going though that process... all well EVEN CREDIT CARD COMPANIES & MY PHONE PROVIDERS CUT ME SLACK, despite being in hard contracts. I mean these companies lose money by helping me... but shadow, nope your in a contract we will maksure we get our money! So even though the service is inturrupted and you can't leave your shadow on like you would your own computer now DUE TO THE VIRUS, shadow will not let one customer go. Even though you are told constantly that the service issues are due to high demand. If you have other customers waiting why not make them happy and me.… Let's be clear I should not have to spend time I need to work trying to recover this cash from an international company. Maybe the CEO's will see me down here the ant I am, and help me rather than squash me.
Is there a way to boost my activation time?
I preordered for Pennsylvania is there a way I can boost my activation time so that i can get it earlier? Even if i have to pay extra? Cause Im very excited to get my cloud gaming experience but I really dont wanna wait 2 months for only a months play time. I have to way till March 26th Im sure, when I ordered it on Jan 11th.
Will PayPal payments be an option in the UK?
Hello all I would like to know if there are any talks or is there anything in place about PayPal being a payment method in the UK? I don’t mind using my debit card, but it would be a lot better if I used PayPal to pay my payments? Also some places already have that option, but I can’t see that option in the UK though.
