Is this company a complete scam - no customer service response to multiple requests

Signed up in May - was immediately billed - even though activation date was June - its June 13th and still no activation.


I have put 4 tickets in thru the “customer service” portal with out a single response - what the hell is going on here

Fantastic reply - thank you - so I assume since Im not getting activated by the end of june - you will both refund May’s erroneously billed fees and Junes.

Please note your initial payment reserves your spot in activation, once you are activated you won’t be billed again until one month after your activation date.

If you were incorrectly billed in June, please contact customer service.

It’s called a pre-order for a reason. You pay upfront, and once you’re activated that same payment will count towards your first month of usage. For example, if you get activated on June 20th, you wont have to pay anything until March 20th(aka your next month of activation).
