Just Bought Shadow, Can't use it, and don't have an estimate.

I was told I’d get my shadow in under an hour, its been 3 and I’m still waiting, and I don’t have an estimate on my account all it says is “Waiting activation”

Hi @AttackMidget 

The estimates are usually accurate. However, if shadow is experiencing load they will delay activations so that present customers will not be affected by new activations. Don't worry, your shadow is still on the way!
