Legacy customers should use our initial interface

I came back after a few months of inactivity. 

Every time I’m trying to resubscribe I’m getting “Legacy customers should use our initial interface”

What exactly is initial interface? I was looking everywhere for an option to subscribe, nothing. 

Only preorder option giving me this msg every time.

On top of that I found out that power upgrade priority is for people that still were on boost waiting list. 

I was on Infinite list for months and cancelled after Shadow announced they will not offer Ultra and Infinite anymore.

And I was an user since the beginning of Shadow.

Now I remember why I cancelled.

C’mon man!

Sorry to hear that you are unable to resubscribe properly. Our checkout process is getting updated at the moment.


The easiest way to resolve this is to sign up using a new email address you have not used to sign up for before.


If you would like to use the same email address, please go ahead and reach out to our wonderful Support Team from your account page to see what options are available. But in general, you'll need to delete your account information and resign up with that email.
